On your RUclips video, click on the CC (Subtitles/Close Caption) Icon. Then go into the Settings of the RUclips video, select Subtitles/CC and select Korean (auto-generated), then click on Korean (auto-translate); and then select English or any other language you want. Note : You can only do this on RUclips videos that provide Subtitles/Close Caption. On this particular video above, you can do this.
