Hello guiz, welcome back to another Vlog.
Today I came to Alipore Jail Musuem, which is also known as Presidency Correctional Home, is a prison in Alipore Kolkata, where politicians were kept under British Rule. It is no longer in operation as jail, having been shut down on 20 February 2019. The Jail site has been now developed into an Musuem in memory of the martyrs who were imprisoned and execute there.
HOW WILL YOU COME?
For coming to Alipore Jail Musuem, you have to come Esplanade bus stand and you have to catch a bus for Alipore Jail Musuem, whose fare is 20 rupees per head and takes near about 30-45 mins depending on the traffic.
From sealdah, take a bus from Hazra more.
Ticket price already mentioned in the video.
Alipore Jail Musuem Timing :- 11:00sm to 5:30 pm but not exaact , and closed on Monday.
