    Thank you for the installation guidance. Need to emphasize that the middle base should only be pushed down after the short sides and the long sides are clicked into position. If you pushed the middle base first, you can't straighten both the short sides and long sides. Thanks.

    My commuter v2 didn’t even come with a travel bag so half the time the 6 poles that come with are falling out

    Just bought the Joie Commuter v2 because of this review, and the bassinet is totally different. WTF. You have to zip it in and out, not the easy clip-on sides like you described and showed in this video. What a waste of time and money.

      Hi Stephanie,
      Thanks for your note.
      The Australian version of the Commuter Portacot has been upgraded and now includes a zip-in bassinet insert. This means that you don't need to remove the bassinet to fold the cot which is designed to be more convenient. We hope this clarifies why the cot has changed.

    hello, what about the bassinet??? how on earth do you fit it into the travel bag, you just left it on the floor LOL
