"Everyone here eats at the same restaurant " 😄 Laura's succulent talents as well as her amazing catch phrases is what keeps me coming back to this channel. Well done TEAM! Also want to thank Hana for her ability to record a video without feeling like I am on a rollercoaster and keeping her mom on track with content. 👍
This is probably my favourite installation I’ve seen by you guys and I’ve been following for almost three years now. I’ve got quite a lot of dappled light in my garden so it’s nice to see an install of yours in a comparable setting. Always love your work but this design and the beauty of the big elms is really something else. Bravo! Also glad to see Greg in good health. Keep it up!
Laura, you have outdone yourself. I keep going back and looking at all four of these videos. Thank the homeowner for her great taste. I don't blame her for wanting a full garden. She was right. It is absolutely beautiful. The Chinese elm make it so extra special and it must be beautiful at night with the solar lights and lights on the fence. Wish I could see it in person.
Beautiful, beautiful installation Laura and Team DFS! I'm moving this one up into my Top 5! Gotta be honest, I'm already cringing at the thought of those deciduous elms dropping leaves all over that gorgeous, tapestried garden and parking strip. Like you, I am hoping it doesn't end up being a huge PITA for the homeowner. Have a restful time up at the ranch!
those trees, wowowowow.... and your installation just sets everything off.. that dappled shade is priceless out here... well done (again!), way to go Team DFS!! have safe travels to the ranch and see y'all when you're up and running down here again!! 🥰
I feel like Alice in Wonderland 😯!! Such a diversity of interest and color! Thank you for your reminder about being careful with watering the mammilaria - it’s so tempting to water in hot weather. I like the way the dappled light looks on everything. Thanks for taking us along on this amazing installation!! Enjoy your time up at the cabin and the cooler weather - see you in September!
Oh this is in my top 5 favourites!! Well done everyone at team DFS!! The combo of the street corner, plant choices, desert rainbow perfect for the leaf litter and bringing in all the plant colours, and those magnificent Elms 😍 It’s gorgeous ❤❤
Usually I don’t like it planted heavy; however, this time I LOVE it. WOAH. I want Hanna to go very slow on each small area. If I weren’t living in zone 3.
Beautiful! Laura…. did you visit Bourget Brothers for rocks when in Culver City? I was wondering how you would compare Bourget Brothers with the San Diego rock yards.
I think you've earned your vacation(?) time up at your ranch. Thanks Hannah for backing up so we can see how the mounded plants make the sidewalk nearly invisible, the trees, and the clients cute house.
Funny how we are on the east side with Jade and you guys on the west side plant honey suckle. I'm in Kentucky and we dread honey suckle bc it gets huge fast and takes over. It's a weed to us and there's so much of it everywhere that we can pull it out for days and still have no shortage lol. It smells and tastes good tho. All the kids eat the nectar.
The elevation changes really make the design pop. When Hannah did the pan, everyone else's yards are flat and one dimensional. I'm in Texas and it's hot with a side of hot.
I know Laura doesn’t love regular trees but those are some magical specimens. The structure and the bark is gorgeous! And I personally think this is such a beautiful look with the new plantings!
The arrangements look so beautiful 😍 🤩 ❤😊, but, I'll be scared if someone steals them since they're planted right outside the yard. Great job Laura and her crew.
The owner made the right call in high intensity planting!! It would be interesting to measure soil temperature in the narrow strip between the heat batteries of sidewalk and street. I bet it would be surprisingly high. Watering may help cool it tho.
As usual WOW, it's just simply stunning, makes me happy looking at this, if i had my own house it would of been all Succ's and Cactus. But i can't help thinking, is this a good thing out the front of a house, all i can think is vandalism and alot of theft of plants :( i know it would happen here, no one would even think to do this...
Wanting to plant up a small square flower bed up against a corner of the house. Any suggestions on how to slope or build up the dirt so run off goes away from the house?
Love the end result. Wish we had Dessert Rainbow rock, it's beautiful. What about the bolders? What are they called? I love them too. The design is beyond gorgeous 🎉❤😊
Had a shock 😲 🫨 😐 and a pleasant happy laughters to note 📝 this areas is like a public walkway must be having decent neighbors. If my plants 🪴 are planted in this position every thing will be eventually be stolen away 😢
So beautiful 😍 Thanks for sharing 👍. By the way, what did you use underneath the rocks to stop the weeds? I would really appreciate it if you could help me. Thanks in advance.
And those pesky dogs are gonna spread the loose gravel all over the sidewalk. And the cats, birds and kids will too. The home owner will be sweeping up every day !
Absolutely stunning, that dabbled sun is just perfect. One of my favorite installations. Have a great vacation well deserved.

and i love the trees how they bend and curve.
Love that rock. Almost don't need the plants.
Beautiful! I already miss you though! Have fun at your beautiful ranch.
Absolutely amazing!
Love this installation and the pink rock. Learning everyday ❤❤🎉🎉
Phenomenal. The trees really added an undersea feel. That rock was also really special.
Absolutely beautiful, as always!
Beauty, water conserving, front cover magazine worthy!! This garden should be the “poster child garden” for every Southwestern home!!
Loving the Desert Rainbow rock!! It’s stunning! It is just the icing on the cake to finish this fabulous chock full installation!

Beautiful I love it. Where did you get those pots?

Full & lush for sure. That Desert Rainbow ground cover [washed] is my very favorite. Enjoy your ranch get away time

I love this top dressing color!!!! Very pretty installation! May be my favorite one so far.
I loved this! I'm a fan of the crowded look with the rocks! Wasn't sure with the rainbow rock but it works!

Desert rainbow for the WIN. That street corner got a major upgrade!
Laura, I started watching your work about a week ago. And since then I have fallen in love with succulents and your soothing and unpretentious voice.
Oh this is in my top 5 favourites!!
Well done everyone at team DFS!! The combo of the street corner, plant choices, desert rainbow perfect for the leaf litter and bringing in all the plant colours, and those magnificent Elms 😍
It’s gorgeous ❤❤
Absolutely beautiful! Love it! Well done!
I’m so in love with your spectacular creation!
I love everything y’all do, but this. This is exactly what I’d want. 💓
I have really enjoyed this project. It looks fantastic.
I love the desert rainbow rocks it all looks fantastic. Enjoy your time up north take some videos too. ❤
OMG the desert rainbow is FANTASTIC! So complementary to all the reds! Love the dappled shade, so animated.
Beautiful, as always!!!
Usually I don’t like it planted heavy; however, this time I LOVE it. WOAH. I want Hanna to go very slow on each small area. If I weren’t living in zone 3.
Thanks so much for sharing these gardens with us, just looking at them makes me feel better🍃
Amazingly Beautiful 😍😍👏👏😗😊

Still my most favorite install! You really knocked this out of the park. Really well done. That rock is quite special, too.
Beautiful work…love it
Great work Laura and team. Those trees are awesome.
I think you've earned your vacation(?) time up at your ranch. Thanks Hannah for backing up so we can see how the mounded plants make the sidewalk nearly invisible, the trees, and the clients cute house.
It is beautiful and eclectic, to me. I love it! Thanks for sharing, Christina in Modesto.
Such an inspiration!!! Enjoy your holidays
Absolutely love it 😍

I don't know why but I'm always amazed at how much better your project looks with top dressings. Top score :)

So well done.
I love the pots! And the whole garden ❤
Wow. This is my dream front yard. Showstopper 🎉.
Stunning
So beautiful as always, wish my yard looked like that 😁
You and your crew really worked fast - and did wonders!
I say this often but I think this is my new favourite 😂❤
Really really beautiful 🎉
The owner made the right call in high intensity planting!! It would be interesting to measure soil temperature in the narrow strip between the heat batteries of sidewalk and street. I bet it would be surprisingly high. Watering may help cool it tho.

Does team DFS do your maintenance projects between install projects?
🌸
Gorgeous ❤❤❤❤
Absolutely gorgeous! Talk about curb appeal
very eye catching.
Beautiful
🙋
I want my yard like that
How wonderful job you have done! Isn’t it a risk for someone to destroy or steal soma plants?
Where did you get the rocks?
I assume people don't steal succin the US, beautiful landscaping
Those look like Chinese Elms. Love them, but the leaves…
And those pesky dogs are gonna spread the loose gravel all over the sidewalk. And the cats, birds and kids will too. The home owner will be sweeping up every day !
Isn’t that city property though?
