After Peter Pan's Flight was refurbished, did they leave the old wooden railing in place? You know, you finally get through most of the line & you're at that last bit before boarding & there was the old wooden railing where you can feel the ridges of the woodgrain because so many hands have run along it over the years. Touching that railing was always one of two things that gave me that instant "I'm at Disneyland!" thrill (the other being seeing the light in Walt's office). It's such an immediate link to all of the hundreds of millions who have visited & loved the park since 1955.
