Ive seen some branded lists playing dragonlord with book of eclipse as a breaker. Lets his stats get reset as well as the book effect for the interruption.

I’ve lost games thinking I was gonna secure the game because of the second pop and it was only one. I was so confused and pissed. Just one other RUclips video mentioned it was my dragons as well during a card review. I’ve found that banishment is obviously the best way to get to Ladd but if you open really well and somehow get an additional shrouded in grave it’s better to search in red and activate it as last action your turn to summon Ladd using shrouded and lubellion. Because it’s let’s interact able. If they had a bystial they would have already used it. And they can’t called by on your turn. You lose some follow up but getting Ladd on board usually wins you most games anyways. You typically need a very specific sequence of cards to break it who can be chained Also the star force was way better than I thought as an upgrade over my dragon contact fuse fusion. It’s more versatile as either a albaz contact fuse or just a straight up weaker chimera who’s easier to make. At worst it forces interactions. At best it pops plus helps get into ladd
One of the more interesting niche uses of LADD that you briefly touched on but didn’t is its interactions with Rindbrumm. A LADD that has used all its negations allows Rindbrumm to activate at *any* time. Rindbrumm becomes compulse on legs even if your opponent doesn’t activate an ED effect. Unfortunately the wording on LADD makes the ATK/DEF drop cost and not part of the effect, otherwise you could do some absolutely silly things with the two. I have a difference of opinion on KSD, but your argument for it was interesting. I may try it out to see how it feels.

A random extra thing when it has 400 ATK, is it chain blocks everything. Not often it comes up but it’s mandatory chain link 2 so they can’t negate your cards by responding. LADDL is a blessing toward this deck. It's so easy to get out, which is a huge plus. And I'm definitely putting Starsource in my deck immediately as i have been running AL for the tenpai match ups.

I saw a package of toy box and magicians souls combo being played together and I thought it could be used in branded as well? Yeah it might not be optimal but I can see the usage in it to get out stuff like dragoon and magia in it and the toy engine can special Cartesia from the deck as well 3. What do you think about the Azamina cards in the future of master duel do you believe the 2 boss monster could work? Like the we only would need 2 spaces in the extra deck and maybe 1-2 main deck slots I mean saint protects just from battle damage and is also a floodgate but requires a synchro monster substitution. But it's also a removal that the opponent can't respond to since it's thanks to the level 12 Azamina we can use it and an opponents monster to fuse similar to a Kaiju and it prevents 0 atk monsters to use effects so it shuts down allot of hand traps. Like no ash, no droll, no veiler, no belle, no ogre I can see that as a very good option against hand traps
the answer to all of those is the same. branded has enough power going 1st. all of those cards just add more, but what u really want is going 2nd tools. azamina having a omni for ash/impulse is interesting tho

I've been preaching the Chain Block capabilities of LaDD for God knows how long too, ty April 👏👏👏 Btw have you tested Magnum the Reliever ? It's a bit slower but it's a quick effect that do be a pop + draw 1 for when you're out of dragons. I'm aware extra deck space is non-existent though.
I never got to resolve santifire's second effect,i don't use it now, but still can you please tell what are to conditions required to summon sanct from gy?

Do you think it's better to take out Sanctifire for Starsource, or to remove Chimera? I'm having a hard time deciding since Chimera is very similar to Starsource, so it feels natural to remove it and use Starsource as a replacement, though Chimera can be very powerful while Sanctifire doesn't always get value. please help, i'd really appreciate it 😭
khaos and chimera do a similar thing, however its not uncomm to have access to both in one turn. i dont see much use for sanctifre without a floodgate right now. sanctifire pass isnt great, but chimera comes up a good amount. id play no sanc right now, but its possible to play sanc over chimera. khaos is super mandatory tho
Depends on what the opponent has that could be chained. LADD is a mandatory effect, so it goes on chain before any optional effects (including your opponents).

Khaos starsource is so good. I prefer it over chimera or furious. Usually easier to make, pops 2 typically and is another light dragon to make LaddL

They can only fuse into level 8s, ladd is level 10 👍
