    I also like the auto find function to identify the device. My eyes aren't so good these days and reading the markings can be a bit hard.

    wow what great timing. just googled this. i bought a t48 a couple of months back for EEPROMs, but need to test digital logic and CMOS chips ive been getting from china

      i have been using mi9ne to test chips for Sinclair spectrums and acorn electrons , you can also download the images to test them if they are not in the extensive list

    So, where do you get the programmer and where do you download the software you are using? Please supply some links.🙂

      Hi eie_for_you, Thank you for the kind words. I bought the programmer from Aliexpress. It is an XCecu pro T48. The software, XgproV1267_setup.rar , was downloaded from www.mediafire.com/file/q808n105ibexkl8/XgproV1266A_Setup.rar/file .

    Unfortunately this method will not give you comprehensive result. As the threshold voltage, Output Drive Current, Propagation Delay, Temperature Stability changes by the aging of the IC.( these are more common failures, than simple not working) And will make your circuit glitching.
    Some of the manufacturers had worse manufacturing methods.
