We have to test our constitutional rights to make sure that they are protected and make sure that cops are held accountable. If we don't stand up for our rights, then soon, we'lwill have no rights .
I like and watch 1A and 2A journalists (auditors). I think its important to exercise our rights or we will lose them. Honor Your Oath is another one to watch! FYI. I am not a lawyer
I'm only 2 min into the replay. I've watched thousands of 1A and 2A videos. Jeff Gray, Long Island Audit, J-Town Press, a few others. I enjoy the intellectual sparring (or lack thereof) between the individual and the govt. You would think anyone who completes the 6th grade regularly dwells on the Bill of Rights and its implementation in everyday society. Especially 2/3 of Americans who's parents or grandparents arrived here from difficult circumstances in the last 100 years. Obviously this is not the case as our founding fathers quipped. It starts at the top. Those in power, a new mayor, police chief, say but don't practice the "openness" required --- now they have the power. It's the natural state of Man. Look around in history. In the end "All" civilizations and societies abuse their people. We may wake up someday and it's all gone. Me, I take responsibility daily for America being around for one more day.
I think that just because we CAN do something doesn't mean that we should. It seems that they maybe could find more productive uses of their time, but we all make the choices of the causes that we choose. I am an investigator for a Public Defender and much of my job is policing the police...so I totally get the basis of their mission.
Hey Roger, My favorites are Long Island,Jeff Gray, Bay Area Transparency is one of the best Another one whom resided ir grew up in New York, Amagansett press and his Son....very challenging and are very professional. One thing a Camera does is does not lie and paints the picture, of course making an attorneys job much easier. Watch the deposition this Michigan lawyer gave to an Illinois Lt. Or Capt.....amazing how that attorney just made a fool out of that guy. Anyway, I think LEOS have learned quite a bit of Constitutional law as well as post office employees. If you want to see a guy who Is quite entertaining.....go to N C. Tyrant hunter.....hilarious!! Now, what's the score going to be of that Alabana Ga game late in Sept going to be? 1 other thing, if you get around to it.....really like Nixon watches and think it's cool you wear one as opposed to standard 2 tone Rolex datejust or Submariner...... I’m a big fan of the channel “Audit the Audit”. He cites case law as he critiques trending First Amendment auditors.
