Here is our helpful guide to setting up your new Strong Atria Mesh 1200 network at home.
Top tips include waiting a few minutes for units to load, and again for them to connect.
If your extender unit doesn't connect to your master unit, try moving it closer until it works. Then see how far it can reach after that.
Remember, connect to your new Strong wi-fi network first and then download and install the Atria Mesh app - it will show you how well your new mesh network is running. Green is good and connected. Grey is not connected. So again - if you see grey, then check all your cable and move your extender unit closer to the master unit.
If you have more than one extender unit, then you can keep placing them further and further away form the master unit as they all work together to create full coverage around your home.
