Thank you everybody involved in putting this together. At 4:26min -- I believe the name in the census entry could read Radegund- both syllables appear in town names, landscapes in Continental Europe, including Burgundy in France and Radegast in Germany. Then I figured I check out the name in wikipedia- Radegundis - daughter of a Thuringian King (Germany) and later Saint Radegundis of Poultiers in France , her lifetime is in the 6th century. It is worth checking different languages in Wiki for the various visual contributions also. Love, peace, compassion, joy.
