Just want to point out that the interaction I mention at around 10:13 is how the English tcg works right now! In a few months or so, DP effects will be simplified to where the dex and Marcus effect happen at the same time, in which case turn player will take priority. In the case of it being the shine players turn, this will allow them to reduce the dex to 0 before it can trigger it's on evo.
@@jasonandrews1770 so basically because every time they digivolve off the bowmon it triggers a new effect, they will get all of their effects first up til fenrir takemikazuchi, including it's -16k DP. So if they target the dragon mode with that effect, you basically die before you get a chance to resolve the DM, even though it's already triggered.
What if you have 2 ancientgreymons that would delete themselves at the end of the turn but you recover your turn with analog youth after the first delete
Does Gallantmon's ability to not be affected by effects work to strip effects? For instance if my opponent played an Ice Wall and I went to 0 memory then swung with Gallantmon, would I lose 2 memory for attacking still?
So have a question either you can post or just answer but I had a bunch of judges on and off discord were having trouble....so opponents turn hasa bt14 koromon inherit draw 1. Swings into sec hits bt13 marcus damon. Sec eff occurs to play marcus out...the question is does koromon trigger before marcus suspends to KO -3000 the digimon (rookie)...and Koro does not trigger. For reference the bandai judge discord said that marcus plays out and -3k before Koro triggers as its pending. I just want better knowledge on this on how to explain this in the future.
So when you swing into security with agumon. you check marcus>this triggers koromon, however security effects activate immediately. so marcus gets played first>marcus on play is now the newest trigger while koro is still pending. marcus gives agu -3k and it will die before koromon can activate. .
Security effects happens before the check counts, since the effect of that sec effect is to play the Marcus, it makes the On Play effect the newest trigger, triggering before the check.
This verbiage feels slightly misleading since it sounds like the effect is activating while it's in security and not that it triggers at the same time as Koromon but resolves first since the rules make Security Effects top priority @nadivel5337

Now if i were to use bt8 pandemonium flame on lets say my dorugreymon would I still get to delete something same level as my dorugreymon and still get to evolve it from trash and prevent my own deletion??
You should check the rulings and make sure you have them correct if you're going to make a video about rulings/card effects. If DexDoruGreymon is digivolving from the trash and/or there is a DoruGreymon underneath, you do not get the Trash 1 Draw 1 effect. It's unfortunate that Bandai wrote out a wall of text and then added the "instead" at the end, but that's what they did. Didn't finish the video when I originally typed that, but then you incorrectly emphasize the DexDorugamon effect afterward. I would take the time to read and understand the effects before making a video about rulings that others will look at and then emulate.
@@AlexA-kb8wx I believe I mentioned in the video that you always discard but you get the deletion effect when evolving on top of the original and draw otherwise. I likened it to the wizardmon x line that works in the same way.
Regarding doing the hybrid combo using lobomon, once evolving in ancientgaruru, since I'm attacking and then evolving into Ancient, the inherit of lobomon can trigger? the one of if I have 7 or less card hand in hand draw 1? Asking cus if the opponent doesn't have something in the field to trigger the when digivolve of ancient to return 1 card from security, I can still doing it with the inherit of lobo?

If Ogudomon's first When Attacking Effect were to target “ Imperialdramon Fighter Mode” and the opponent uses “Return to the Primogenitor” to prevent the deletion and go into “Imperialdramon Paladin Mode”[BT8], Would “Imperialdramon Paladin Mode” be able to activate its digivolve effect before or after Ogudomon's 2nd effect?
For the Dexdorugoramon: I have been told that you don't have to use the full "de-digivolve 3" when digivolving. So you could de-evo from a level 6, say 2 cards, then stop at level 4. Is this true?
@@steveng6721 you can't discadd and attempt deletion either i asked on my discord the entire effect is overwritten of evo from thrash or doruga/dorugrey
The trash 1 card is not part of the “draw 1/deletion” effect. It is a separate sentence/effect. Hence it is mandatory to do the trash 1 on evolve regardless

Dex cant let you discard draw ig you evo from thrash or on a doruga the effect changes to deletnin playcost
Does anyone know how dragon mode ineracts with the fenri lvl 7 combo? Does it interupt the chain or does it not until its too late?

The other one will still die because you did hit the end of turn trigger, even if you gained back memory to continue turn.

"You may X to Y" effects require X to happen in order to resolve, so if an interruptive effect prevents X from happening, then Y won't resolve

i believe you would miss on the lobomon inherit trigger since you are already atking.

@@sergioramos9756 they would get to use paladin before you can resolve the second ogudo on attack since it is the newest trigger

Correct. You either meet the conditions to discard and draw, or you discard and get a deletion attempt. But not both
