There’s the right way to do this, then there’s the way I’m going to do it…. You sir obviously know what you’re doing. I do not 😂 and there’s no way I could afford a lathe like that. I’m just gonna cross my fingers make a few jigs (kinda like that axle you threw in the 3 jaw) and measure measure measure, I might even get a micrometer to measure the runout. Then we will just have to wait and see if my ride wobbles like a drunk sonovabitch or if I’ll be good 😂😂 anyway, you get a like from me!
Well like I've said. you can do it lots of different ways and end up with the same result. I believe if you take your time and measure things out that you can achieve a very good result regards of the equipment you have on hand. I've done things like this before having the "proper gear" and can appreciate your endeavors. Good Luck! and Thank you
