37:25 this myth about the mii changing the moon into a mii in moonview highway is actually confirmed chizplays was Looking at the wrong moon. The myth was referring to the movie poster in the city section of the course with a pic of the moon that usually have Mario in front of it but when you use a mii Mario and peach's head on the poster will be replaced by a mii.

Confirmed. One thing I would be interested in testing is if you can ONLY use a mushroom at the right timing to dodge a blue in every game, or if it's just some.

On 150cc spamming the golden mushroom dodges the blue shell. U can dodge a blue shell with regular mushroom but the timing is very hard

The myth about the stars in the leaf piles of Maple Treeway is actually true, it's just a very rare occurrence. I know this as I have found several using this method as the Star Cup was my favorite cup in Mario Kart Wii as a kid and I would always end up doing that cup everytime I played a grand prix.
It's also in MarioKart Wii version too. He was playing 8 Deluxe. The myth about bouncing off the wigglers is also true but only in MarioKart Wii

There is a slim chance that you can place 5th or lower in MK64 however it's very difficult to do since you have to place 4th every single race while the all of the cpus manage to get 3rd or higher in the races

Actually it IS POSSIBLE to get in the mk64 ice island. Here is how
1:select the 2 player game
2:select a light contestant to the player 1 and 1 heavy for the player 2
3:player 1 goes to the front of the island
4:player 2 with the star effect pushes the player 1 to the island (it's kinda hard but you can do it)
5:congratulations! You discovered a softlock (litteraly there is nothing to do in the island and the only way to get out of it it's using the lakitu
The thwomp can also block red and green shells that are being thrown at you if you time it just right
For the moon view highway Mii myth, they probably meant that one Godzilla referencing poster (idk, I never played Mario Kart Wii)
Okay I'm still in the middle of the video but the plant eating the blooper is the coolest thing I've seen on Mario Kart
Also I don't think those are pokeballs I think they're the items in the GameCube Mario parties

Myth: Playing as a baby in any of the Cup races you will always get specific other baby characters in the race example playing as baby daisy will always give you baby peach and baby luigi. Yet if you play in vs mode you have play on baby park first to get a baby character with you as another baby character.

They're less myths and just details some people never noticed. People who play MK8 a lot might know them, but I didnt know quite a few of them

the warios gold mine pipe hitbox is actuallyused for mega shortcuts, like its considered a mega shortcut, there is mega and normal, although dont try, it is EXTREMELY difficult

I have my own myth about this game: certain setups have longer invincibility times than others. I had the MK8D Builder 1.5 help me for this one.
To test this theory out, I'd recommend doing the following setups at the same time:

You can trick off the plane. You have to get lucky with where the plane is, you cant be under it. You can be a few feet above it though.

Technically when he was driving backwards to see if the gates opened for him he was driving the correct way on that side of the road so maybe that’s y it opened and not driving backwords the the other side of the road.🤨

for the luigi kart 8 one in mk8 you have to get 3 stars in all the cups (excluding the booster track courses) in 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, mirror mode and 200cc. And fun fact about the mk8 loading screen: rosalina and link can also pop up
