Well I think the meaning of this song has well transcended the context of Christianity. And I think in the context of the series, Anna was singing it although in a Christian 'religious' setting, it wasn't meant to be religious at all. She was singing to her dad. Which is what I believe, a fundamental thing that transcends all religions and are the supposing foundations of all religions. You can thank god for providing anything and everything, but don't forget that there are actual PEOPLE, around you, who loves you, and cares about you, and are willing to dedicate or even sacrifice certain parts of themselves for you. You can say that you thank god for putting food on your table, but don't forget there are actual people who earns/grows the materials, and cook them into something you can enjoy in the kitchen. In my mind we should thank them first. The pelican blood tale might remind many of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, but from what I see it's also important to remember the sometimes powerful & unconditional love of a parent, who's willing to use her/his own blood to make sure the kids survive. And of course, you can say thank lord for bringing you the love of your life if you're lucky enough, but thank him/her first for being such a loving & supporting life partner. And same thing applies to children, other family members, friends, members of certain communities. Even in the religious communities. Some religious people themselves are really kind and may helped me & you and others in need, under the name of the god. And in my mind, we should also thank those PEOPLE for being willing to look out for us. We're the most blessed when we can feel being loved and cared, and being able to love & care.

Well honestly most of koreans music are dramatic af no matter what you listen you prob will cry also i agree that this performance is superb i listened to other interviews and her voice is even better lol i was thinking she uses autotune or something and lastly there is a reason they are that good at dramas their society is melanholic af corruption everywhere goverment is more dirty than ours not to mention they have the other part of koreans where ppls dont have to eat at all cause kim jong un blocked any oportunity for them to lead a normal life and the other part is leaded kinda from samsung megacorp cause their gov is just for display the real money and law manipulators are megacorps if anyone dies on their behalf like it happened with thousands in samsung factory for handling chemicals nobody goes to jail no matter what they just bribe whole gov and family of the dead person and everything is forgoten thats why most kdramas involves some rich guy as the vilain bribes or some similar thing they just mastered drama by showing us how they mostly live
This scene really made me cry. Yoona s' voice made me feel her innocent pain so badly. Every time I watch this I wish if I could like this video one more time. And that everytime I regret coz it's already liked by me and that I can't show my gratitude again and again.
