No. The original creator intended them to be in a relationship, but the series messed them up and made Pucca like ten times more violent, aggressive and a literal assaulter. Even Ching! In the netflix she's just your sweet nice friend. In the jetix she's just like Pucca way too obsessed with Abyo the difference being she doesn't get much screentime coz she ain't the mc. I just don't like it. Also the abuse on Dada and Santa is so unnecessary. I loved how they treat them nice in the netflix one tho like thank goodness they don't get the abuse they get in the jetix one 😥 heck, even Tobe and Ring Ring is not that bad in the netflix one! They seem to be nice at times too. The series is just so different... and the netflix one is healthier. In the end, if you wanna watch like, just the funny one, as in just funny, watch the jetix version. But if you want a wholesome, fluff and funny Pucca, then netflix is the one. Sorry for this wall of text I just had to rant coz I just saw way too many diss on the netflix series 😂

I’ve noticed in the beginning their relationship was nice, it’s just that Garu was shy. Then it evolved into an unhealthy situation that was just harassment, and now with the new show she’s less crazy, and they’re closer to something like friends/unrequited love

I was actually introduced to Pucca this way. It’s odd how these shorts started in foreign countries like Colombia, which is where I first saw them, but then came to Jetix America years later.
And now they revived the series with a requel of sorts. The biz can be odd, but pleasantly so.

Like I'm just annoyed at how people be dissing the netflix series saying that the jetix series was WAY better and I'm like 😥 I personally love the netflix series of Pucca WAY more than the jetix coz the netflix one is super wholesome and fluffy. But it's still funny. I watched the netflix one first before the old one which was the jetix, so I was like shocked because everyone doesn't act the same. Pucca in the jetix is a jerk not gonna lie tho 😅 and Garu is too lowkey 😅 I got used to them being nice in the netflix one, like Pucca is literally a sweet and cute girl who saves her friends especially Garu, and would only get mad if people are messing with him. Garu is also very nice and sweet too, will save his friends like a hero and will even let Pucca kiss him as in if it's the way that can save her! he still avoids Pucca but like sometimes he lets her cuddle him too and just sighs 😂 and is not disgusted by her . In the jetix Pucca is just...scary and annoying 😅 she will just, beat everyone's ass 😅 including her friends like Ching, I remember her throwing Ching away multiple times coz she sometimes gets in the way ( not intentionally ) Garu is sometimes a jerk too. Even Ching! In the netflix she's just your sweet nice friend. In the jetix she's just like Pucca way too obsessed with Abyo the difference being she doesn't get much screentime coz she ain't the mc. I just don't like it. Also the abuse on Dada and Santa is so unnecessary. I loved how they treat them nice in the netflix one tho like thank goodness they don't get the abuse they get in the jetix one 😥 heck, even Tobe and Ring Ring is not that bad in the netflix one! They seem to be nice at times too. The series is just so different... and the netflix one is healthier.
In the end, if you wanna watch like, just the funny one, as in just funny, watch the jetix version. But if you want a wholesome, fluff and funny Pucca, then netflix is the one.
Sorry for this wall of text I just had to rant coz I just saw way too many diss on the netflix series 😂
