Brand New Project Source Pro Flush Toilet In A Rooming House

This toilet is located in the second floor shared bathroom of a rooming house in Rockaway, NJ. It replaced a 1983 AS Cadet that kept clogging and massively overflowing into the restaurant downstairs. It features Fluidmaster tank parts and a Mansfield style flush handle. The flush on this toilet is very good and strong, and this toilet has an excellent bowl rinse as well. I did this job and chose this toilet upon recommendation from OCC Plumbing and Restorations. So far I’ve been extremely impressed with the performance of this toilet and really like the styling of it as well. Being that it was $100, the build quality and performance are surprisingly very good and way better than that of a Glacier Bay in the same price range. As for the 1983 American Standard Cadet, I still have it and plan on cleaning it thoroughly and restoring it. I will probably replace the 4083 tank on it with an older 4049 tank from the 1970s in order to enhance its flush performance.
