Just asking. What is the opposition expecting from BBM to do regarding the human rights violations of his father's regime? What would be sufficient for them? The opposition would not want for the Martial Law issues to be put to a close because they will lose their purpose for existence. 2 Aquinos already sat as president and yet they never took any steps to resolve Ninoy's supposed murder by FM. Why? probably because Ninoy's murder was planned by LP to make him a martyr. They had 2 opportunities to put an end to this Martial law issues they are using as their battle cry.
The LP cannot let the issue to put into rest because they will lose their purpose to exist. They don't want to put this to rest because their political ambitions rely on the populace's resentment of FM and not because they believe in the LP.
