I think it's great you are doing your research. I used this car company: www.toyotarent.com/ I did not prepay so that I can leave if they tried to change the price of the rental. They did not, they even made an exception to my expired license back when everything was shut down due to covid. I had a note saying my license was still valid and they accepted it. Paid for the car and full insurance for 3 weeks. I think I dropped 790 bucks. I am not familiar with Adobe but if the reviews are good and they let you reserve online. Then give it a try
