Man i Love this places of the internet. Everyone is being so real, so relatable! SOmetimes i feel weird, different, Unnatural? But these people make me human again, Feels like a sauna, just so..Confortable and.. relaxing. Sometimes i want to cry so people show their compassionate side again...too bad i don't have the gutts to acctually do that. I have a anxiety problem where i always feel judged. By my clothes, my hair, the way i walk, the way i aways look with the corner of my eye because i fear being judged by how i stare. I have a friend that has really bad anxiety and her grades drop because she is too scared to turn it in because she feels as if the teachers are going to judge her. I try and comfort her every day and help her stay happy and healthy. If any of suffer from anxiety just know there will always be someone who cares and wants to make sure you are ok.
This is the kind of music I'd like to hear as I'm having breakfast at a hotel, as early as 7 am, just silently eating, drinking my coffee or tea, admiring the views, the mesmerizing sea waves, or the birds as they glide from one tree branch to another. They may sometimes land right next to my chair, to which case I'd just look at it, pondering and daydreaming away as I emmerse myself in the calm music, all while families and couples are chatting, swimming, maybe even laughing.. J.C. depression does leave eventually once you get over what is causing the depression. sadness may still come and go but depression may not last forever.
Depression does go away the only issue is that your state of mind will take awhile for you to actually heal the way its supposed to. That's why it feels like it doesn't go away because you're probably constantly thinking or trying to remind yourself of all the bad and you should definitely not do that because where you think is where you'll go. it took me 8 years of constantly relapsing and oh it was horrible but i always did things that brought me joy even if it was only at the moment but guess what that moment becomes a memory and once you have enough good memories the bad start to seem so small and so irrelevant that you just focus on the positive so yeah depression does go away and holy it feels so good to have that off you're mind. Never give you may never know me irl but trust, i went through a lot of bad just to get to the good and its a beautiful side of the rainbow. well good luck on your venture i wish you nothing but the best in your journey to happiness and don't forget how bad things get there will always be somebody who may have it worse than you so be kind to others and love everyone and enjoy every moment like it was your last as you never know when your last breath will be. goodbye for now - love Z

Throughout my middle school years I'd often find myself sitting on the same swing before school and at lunch. It made me feel like I could fly away from the troubles of my life. here's how I actually do that, a lightweight, fluffy, very soft blanket (preferably pastel color) vanilla scented candle (or another sweet smell that isnt too strong) plushies or pillows lying on the floor surrounded by all of the above with (optional) book, netflix, youtube, a friend to text, and this video playing in the background. and dont forget happy thoughts. ^-^ try this sometime

This playlist means a lot to me. Ive been listening to it since it came out when i was in 8th grade. that was the most stressful school year ive ever had so it helped out a lot. Each song reminds me of something thats happend from then to now and so much has changed since then. If almost feels like i just got a different life, a better one. Im so happy this playlist exists and its made a big impact on me through these past few years.

i actually have a top comment on this video already, and i remember it from time to time again. i'm more grown up now mentally, more humble and understanding. i was suicidal and didn't know how to deal with my problems, school didn't help and my house was a mess. in general i just had bad luck. but luckily, some weird voice (and i know this sound made up) at the back of my mind didn't let me do it. if i could say something to my past self is that: being strong is not closing your eyes to the problems, or hoping you won't be affected. its trying, just trying. failing, falling is part of it. its the whole point. imagine walking barefoot through various places and surfaces, sandy and crusty ones. you're bound to get dirty and hurt yourself, but the resistances you build up is what matters, resilience comes with experience. although your strength grows and so do the challenges, with experience you get the edge to go beyond that. with failing you learn to learn, and you learn to teach. when i wrote that comment i had this philosophy: in the labyrinth of life, you can either watch the correct path from above, or try and traverse the labyrinth. that you either play the role of the eyes or the role of the hand. although that is not totally wrong, today i have another way of thinking: you are able to find good and bad things in everything. it is possible to defect everything if you are stubborn enough. you can see good things in everything if you’re crazy enough. you choose what you want to see. And a really important thing to keep in mind everyday. No matter what you do, people will disagree. Ever since the incident I've felt feel so god damn confused, imagine having happiness and sadness and yet feel them hardly enough, how did you feel before that happened? Uhh... Liv Smith wrote an awesome poem on the song title and I really wanna write a story (not true story): I was nervous as heck. My friends were introducing me to one of their friends... I’m nervous, introverted. I have bad social anxiety. They said she was shy like me... but I wasn’t just shy, I was completely frightened to talk. I’m only comfortable with my 4 friends and some of my family. I was meeting her today.. my heart swelled up. I took breaths, and went to my friends to meet her at the mall. I put on more makeup than usual, normally I just put on light lipstick and glitter at the bottom of my eyes.. but now I had eyeshadow, blush, highlights, beauty blender, foundation, eyeliner, mascara. I looked okay. I walked, slowly, trembling, but still walking. I finally made it in, and I looked at my friends, and this girl standing behind them. Face down to the right, looking down shyly. Her lashes were as black as coal, and her eyeshadow was natural and unnoticeable, her hair was short, curled a little, and rather messy. A bandage on her left cheek. She was wearing a t-shirt with a tiny heart on the right, black. She was tanned, her hair was a pretty shade of brown, her eyes couldn’t be made out. But then she looked up. Her eyes were amber. The deepest amber you’ll ever see. She looked normal, yet so different. “Hi.” She said, her voice was soft and smooth like butter, but it didn’t taste like butter, her voice was minty... almost strawberry-ish.. and it was like iced tea. “I’m Momo.” She said... “Hi, I’m- I’m Alesha.” She was like a dream... eerie and delicate, but sweet... foggy... comforting. I remembered my best dream was when I was reunited with my old friend. I didn’t actually know her. I could feel that dream... strawberry iced tea... with a mintiness. Was Momo the girl from my dreams? I slowly walked towards her. And I really wanted to say “You’re the dream I never want to wake up from.” I didn’t. Until... I felt like I needed to and I did. I felt like I was soaring, I felt like nothing else mattered. Only me and Alesha... I didn’t care to listen to the giggles of my friends. I put my hand on her shoulder and got lost in her eyes, a maze that attracted me... her smile was like lemonade... like fresh lemonade... words aren’t enough so we didn’t care to speak any. The soft fogginess of a dream seemed to float around us. People would judge us, say we’d only just met... but she was in my dreams for years, I swear. I was floating, and I loved the shininess of her hair. She was perfect for me. I smoothed her curls, and she played with my ponytail. My friend, Maggie, finally spoke “Alesha, we can take ya’ll to our private park if you’d like.”, I remembered how rich Maggie was, I continued to hold her hand, and I walked in the breeze to Maggie’s park. It was called “Parmigiana Park”, her last name. Momo sat on the garden, and we spoke, “Alesha, it’s been 2 years...”, Momo said, “I know... I missed you. Those were my best dreams.” I replied. And we returned to losing ourselves in each other’s eyes. My friend Katie laughed and ran over, “Kiss, ya lovebirds!”, then Maggie, Emma, and Carly came giggling with her. Momo ended up kissing me, the soft feeling on my cheek was indescribable. I walked away with the future in my hands, which was her love and warmth. We dated for 7 years before marriage, and I gave up my name for her, it is now Alesha Eloise Woodley Pantini instead of Alesha Eloise Woodley. I keep seeing people just sharing their stories here. If so many people are doing it without being hated on, I guess I’ll do it to. You don’t have to read this if you don’t want to. I’m only gonna write about this guy that I have a really big crush on. I’m in middle school so it will most likely be really cringey but whatever. So in 6th grade I was like pretty emo. There actually aren’t to many “emo” people at my school. Anyways, I saw this one kid that was super emo, I’ve liked him since the first time I ever laid my eyes on him. His name is Isaiah. One day, I was hanging out with my friend Gabe, we had the same second period together so we just sat outside our classroom until the teacher opened the door. So like I said, me and him were hanging outside the classroom, and he was bored so I just let him play games on my phone. After playing some games he started looking through my pictures and texts messages. So as if you couldn’t tell already, I really like BTS. I could change the background of my text messages (idk if that makes sense I’m sorry) so I decided to change it to a picture of Suga from BTS. And while Gabe was looking through my texts, Isaiah came over to me and Gabe. Isaiah looked at the phone and when he saw the picture he said “oh, it’s suga!” And he looked back at us both and asked “who’s phone is this?” And gabe pointed at me and said “it’s hers”. Then Isaiah looked at me and said “I’m gonna call you kpop now.” And so from that day forward he called me kpop. Everytime he would see me around school he would just scream out “KPOP!” And just wave to me. My best friend was also friends with Isaiah so me and him would see each other often. Eventually me and Isaiah started hanging out and we became friends. During the summer of 6th grade going into 7th grade, him and I called each other almost everyday (there were some days when we didn’t call each other). During that summer, I became very depressed. He was really the only person I talked to, I would also sometimes talk to my gf at the time but I didn’t talk to her very much. I’ve shared some personal things with him. I’ve cried on the phone with him. I don’t ever cry in-front of people, dosent matter if it’s the phone or whatever. I just don’t cry in front of people, but I cried In front of him, I trusted him so much and I was vulnerable in front of him. He was there for me when I needed him. We both had a crush on each other but none of us acted on it. He is currently in a relationship, he has been in a relationship since October. Just 2 weeks ago, he asked me out. I don’t really wanna talk about it because it’s just such a long story. But long story short, he asked me out just because things weren’t doing to good with his current gf. I thought he was gonna break up with her but he never did. So then I just figured that we aren’t actually dating. He says things that would make you think that he likes you, (such as saying things like “I love you”) I thought he only talked like that to me but I soon figured out that he talks to everyone like that. He always tells me that he loves me but I don’t even know if that’s true. I know he dosent mean like friend love. He would say “no homo” or something if he didn’t actually “ love love” me. And so I always think that he actually likes me the way I like him but I’m pretty sure he doesn’t mean it. He’s a fuckboy. But I love him. I wish I didn’t but you don’t get to choose who you fall in love with. Ew I’m so cringey I know. I just wanted to let this all out. I feel much better now. I’m sorry if I didn’t make total sense but I just needed a way to let everything out and not really care about making sense.
I was so pleasantly surprised once I heard the songs used, most of all Everything Stays. This mix is so beautiful and inspired me to no end, it even got rid of my headache I swear. :)

I have a friend that has really bad anxiety and her grades drop because she is too scared to turn it in because she feels as if the teachers are going to judge her. I try and comfort her every day and help her stay happy and healthy. If any of suffer from anxiety just know there will always be someone who cares and wants to make sure you are ok.

J.C. depression does leave eventually once you get over what is causing the depression. sadness may still come and go but depression may not last forever.
Depression does go away the only issue is that your state of mind will take awhile for you to actually heal the way its supposed to. That's why it feels like it doesn't go away because you're probably constantly thinking or trying to remind yourself of all the bad and you should definitely not do that because where you think is where you'll go. it took me 8 years of constantly relapsing and oh it was horrible but i always did things that brought me joy even if it was only at the moment but guess what that moment becomes a memory and once you have enough good memories the bad start to seem so small and so irrelevant that you just focus on the positive so yeah depression does go away and holy it feels so good to have that off you're mind. Never give you may never know me irl but trust, i went through a lot of bad just to get to the good and its a beautiful side of the rainbow. well good luck on your venture i wish you nothing but the best in your journey to happiness and don't forget how bad things get there will always be somebody who may have it worse than you so be kind to others and love everyone and enjoy every moment like it was your last as you never know when your last breath will be. goodbye for now - love Z

This playlist means a lot to me. Ive been listening to it since it came out when i was in 8th grade. that was the most stressful school year ive ever had so it helped out a lot. Each song reminds me of something thats happend from then to now and so much has changed since then. If almost feels like i just got a different life, a better one. Im so happy this playlist exists and its made a big impact on me through these past few years.

i actually have a top comment on this video already, and i remember it from time to time again. i'm more grown up now mentally, more humble and understanding.
i was suicidal and didn't know how to deal with my problems, school didn't help and my house was a mess. in general i just had bad luck. but luckily, some weird voice (and i know this sound made up) at the back of my mind didn't let me do it. if i could say something to my past self is that:
being strong is not closing your eyes to the problems, or hoping you won't be affected. its trying, just trying. failing, falling is part of it. its the whole point.
imagine walking barefoot through various places and surfaces, sandy and crusty ones. you're bound to get dirty and hurt yourself, but the resistances you build up is what matters, resilience comes with experience. although your strength grows and so do the challenges, with experience you get the edge to go beyond that. with failing you learn to learn, and you learn to teach.
when i wrote that comment i had this philosophy: in the labyrinth of life, you can either watch the correct path from above, or try and traverse the labyrinth. that you either play the role of the eyes or the role of the hand.
although that is not totally wrong, today i have another way of thinking:
you are able to find good and bad things in everything.
it is possible to defect everything if you are stubborn enough.
you can see good things in everything if you’re crazy enough.
you choose what you want to see.
And a really important thing to keep in mind everyday.
No matter what you do, people will disagree.
And no matter what you do, people will agree.

Ever since the incident I've felt feel so god damn confused, imagine having happiness and sadness and yet feel them hardly enough, how did you feel before that happened? Uhh... Liv Smith wrote an awesome poem on the song title and I really wanna write a story (not true story):
I was nervous as heck. My friends were introducing me to one of their friends... I’m nervous, introverted. I have bad social anxiety. They said she was shy like me... but I wasn’t just shy, I was completely frightened to talk. I’m only comfortable with my 4 friends and some of my family. I was meeting her today.. my heart swelled up. I took breaths, and went to my friends to meet her at the mall. I put on more makeup than usual, normally I just put on light lipstick and glitter at the bottom of my eyes.. but now I had eyeshadow, blush, highlights, beauty blender, foundation, eyeliner, mascara. I looked okay. I walked, slowly, trembling, but still walking. I finally made it in, and I looked at my friends, and this girl standing behind them. Face down to the right, looking down shyly. Her lashes were as black as coal, and her eyeshadow was natural and unnoticeable, her hair was short, curled a little, and rather messy. A bandage on her left cheek. She was wearing a t-shirt with a tiny heart on the right, black. She was tanned, her hair was a pretty shade of brown, her eyes couldn’t be made out. But then she looked up. Her eyes were amber. The deepest amber you’ll ever see. She looked normal, yet so different. “Hi.” She said, her voice was soft and smooth like butter, but it didn’t taste like butter, her voice was minty... almost strawberry-ish.. and it was like iced tea. “I’m Momo.” She said... “Hi, I’m- I’m Alesha.” She was like a dream... eerie and delicate, but sweet... foggy... comforting. I remembered my best dream was when I was reunited with my old friend. I didn’t actually know her. I could feel that dream... strawberry iced tea... with a mintiness. Was Momo the girl from my dreams? I slowly walked towards her. And I really wanted to say “You’re the dream I never want to wake up from.” I didn’t. Until... I felt like I needed to and I did. I thought you would just stare at me weird, Momo. But.. you didn’t. She just nodded. And took my hand.

She pulled the arm that she was holding my hand with and spun. I felt like I was soaring, I felt like nothing else mattered. Only me and Alesha... I didn’t care to listen to the giggles of my friends. I put my hand on her shoulder and got lost in her eyes, a maze that attracted me... her smile was like lemonade... like fresh lemonade... words aren’t enough so we didn’t care to speak any. The soft fogginess of a dream seemed to float around us. People would judge us, say we’d only just met... but she was in my dreams for years, I swear. I was floating, and I loved the shininess of her hair. She was perfect for me. I smoothed her curls, and she played with my ponytail. My friend, Maggie, finally spoke “Alesha, we can take ya’ll to our private park if you’d like.”, I remembered how rich Maggie was, I continued to hold her hand, and I walked in the breeze to Maggie’s park. It was called “Parmigiana Park”, her last name. Momo sat on the garden, and we spoke, “Alesha, it’s been 2 years...”, Momo said, “I know... I missed you. Those were my best dreams.” I replied. And we returned to losing ourselves in each other’s eyes. My friend Katie laughed and ran over, “Kiss, ya lovebirds!”, then Maggie, Emma, and Carly came giggling with her. Momo ended up kissing me, the soft feeling on my cheek was indescribable. I walked away with the future in my hands, which was her love and warmth. We dated for 7 years before marriage, and I gave up my name for her, it is now Alesha Eloise Woodley Pantini instead of Alesha Eloise Woodley. I love Momo, and she’s the dream I never wanna wake up from.

He was wonderful, funny, pretty and kind. Our eyes accidentally met, and he somehow made it not totally awkward. We immediately connected, love at first laugh. You took me on adventures, to meet your friends and to see new things and try things of all sorts. I loved him, and here's the kick: he loved me too. We fell in love and just kept falling deeper in love with each adventure, each word spoken and each handheld, each touch. But I lost you, when I woke up. And it feels like I'll never gain that kind of love again, real or fake. I'm in physical pain because of you. Please come find me, I'm out here in the real world, here's hoping you are too.

I keep seeing people just sharing their stories here. If so many people are doing it without being hated on, I guess I’ll do it to. You don’t have to read this if you don’t want to. I’m only gonna write about this guy that I have a really big crush on. I’m in middle school so it will most likely be really cringey but whatever.
So in 6th grade I was like pretty emo. There actually aren’t to many “emo” people at my school. Anyways, I saw this one kid that was super emo, I’ve liked him since the first time I ever laid my eyes on him. His name is Isaiah.
One day, I was hanging out with my friend Gabe, we had the same second period together so we just sat outside our classroom until the teacher opened the door. So like I said, me and him were hanging outside the classroom, and he was bored so I just let him play games on my phone. After playing some games he started looking through my pictures and texts messages. So as if you couldn’t tell already, I really like BTS. I could change the background of my text messages (idk if that makes sense I’m sorry) so I decided to change it to a picture of Suga from BTS. And while Gabe was looking through my texts, Isaiah came over to me and Gabe. Isaiah looked at the phone and when he saw the picture he said “oh, it’s suga!” And he looked back at us both and asked “who’s phone is this?” And gabe pointed at me and said “it’s hers”. Then Isaiah looked at me and said “I’m gonna call you kpop now.” And so from that day forward he called me kpop. Everytime he would see me around school he would just scream out “KPOP!” And just wave to me. My best friend was also friends with Isaiah so me and him would see each other often. Eventually me and Isaiah started hanging out and we became friends. During the summer of 6th grade going into 7th grade, him and I called each other almost everyday (there were some days when we didn’t call each other). During that summer, I became very depressed. He was really the only person I talked to, I would also sometimes talk to my gf at the time but I didn’t talk to her very much. I’ve shared some personal things with him. I’ve cried on the phone with him. I don’t ever cry in-front of people, dosent matter if it’s the phone or whatever. I just don’t cry in front of people, but I cried In front of him, I trusted him so much and I was vulnerable in front of him. He was there for me when I needed him. We both had a crush on each other but none of us acted on it. He is currently in a relationship, he has been in a relationship since October. Just 2 weeks ago, he asked me out. I don’t really wanna talk about it because it’s just such a long story. But long story short, he asked me out just because things weren’t doing to good with his current gf. I thought he was gonna break up with her but he never did. So then I just figured that we aren’t actually dating. He says things that would make you think that he likes you, (such as saying things like “I love you”) I thought he only talked like that to me but I soon figured out that he talks to everyone like that. He always tells me that he loves me but I don’t even know if that’s true. I know he dosent mean like friend love. He would say “no homo” or something if he didn’t actually “ love love” me. And so I always think that he actually likes me the way I like him but I’m pretty sure he doesn’t mean it. He’s a fuckboy. But I love him. I wish I didn’t but you don’t get to choose who you fall in love with. Ew I’m so cringey I know.
I just wanted to let this all out. I feel much better now. I’m sorry if I didn’t make total sense but I just needed a way to let everything out and not really care about making sense.

I was so pleasantly surprised once I heard the songs used, most of all Everything Stays. This mix is so beautiful and inspired me to no end, it even got rid of my headache I swear. :)
The song at 5:28 is an edit of "cut my hair" by mounika; my boyfriend first showed me that song some time ago. I was completely surprised to hear it in this mix. We're long distance, so hearing that and feeling like he was right there with me made me smile and gave me chills. Great mix, much love to all.
