A turn typically costs me 1/2 mo of rent, $100 for cleaning, a few hundred for misc repairs, and if a repaint of walls is needed that's $1,000. I would rather keep them in place, no turn costs, and just keep raising rents but stay under market. Much better ROI that way

It's passive income and way higher than what the banks pay. If you'd rather deal with volatility and bigger gains in a short time period, stocks or crypto is probably better for you. I'm mostly in the stock market but I threw a few bucks in this deal to see how it works.

I always liked Grant Cardone until this video kind of exposed him. He said rentals are passive income BY DEFINITION, then when dude called in with a rental he said, thats not passive income because you have to collect the rent, sell it and invest 750,000 with me. What he could have done was consulted for this guy on how to make more money with his rental and have him invest the extra with him. This would have given this guy PASSIVE INCOME with the rental AND money to invest. Just wow.
Grant doesn't Guarantee that you will make your money back, he says that repeatedly, Only a select few of his friends make money at this and get rich is the way I see this.
