I've been craving bread too, so I'm living vicariously through this video. 😋 If I were there, the lemon and strawberry cream breads would be in my stomach right now. 😂 Thanks for the yummy video, Shinichi. Love to you and Satoshi. 💙💙
I love bread and, if they serve hot bread at the restutant. I can be happy just eating bread. I would love to try the bread with lemon fillings. I love lemon in cupcakes or pies. Bread must be popular in the diet of japan. Where I know I could live off alone living in a country with so many flavors to try. Thank you for sharing and I enjoyed watching someone else that I have in common with taste. Have a beautiful day.
I get prepackaged breads often and have found that just a few minutes in a toaster oven.. pretty much just long enough to heat it through returns that nice crisp bakery crust and you got nice hot bread to munch.
My exchange Dad in Japan while I was a ryu gakusei used to marvel at all the different breads from "over there." He said that some things need rice, but everything else goes better with bread.
Oh wow Shinichi, I love some bread also and all of the ones you picked really looked so delicious, and I really love crossants they are so delicious and fluffy and I love making sandwiches with them, I know that if I went to Japan I would love to get a lot of those breads. I do love lemon filling and trying those bread ones would be so great. I also really love strawverry cream fillings. Oh thanks you so much for sharing this awesome video and I am wishing you a beautiful day, sending love and hugs, bye!! 😊🥰😋😂💜💜💜
I live in Germany and they love their bread here but it's very different than Japanese bread. That you Shinichi for the review! I wanted to vome to Japan in Autumn but it turns out i'm pregnant with my first child so the traveling plans will have to be postponed for at least a couple of years :(
I'm gonna try the mugwort bread. Never had mugwort with bread. Though I have a feeling I agree with you about the mochi (almost nothing can beat that hahaha) I'm still interested how it tastes. When I saw you try the macaron and you talking about yomogi something popped in my mind; do they have yomogi macarons anywhere in Japan? 🤣🙈
As a French person, I must say that japanese bakers are good at doing "japanese bread", but whenever they try to replicate french bread, it is, most often than not, a disaster (from a french perspective) 😅
I noticed that bread in Japan is more about pastry than actual bread, isn't it? My step-dad would be disappointed. He's German. Personally, I much prefer this over German bread.
please try traditional Japanese snacks, they have so many different choices, it's hard for travellers to decide what to try, especially when they don't even have English descriptions on their packaging
Mugwort has a tart flavor that's similar to mint and juniper, with some describing it as resinous and sage-like. Others say it tastes fruity and earthy, like black tea with Earl Grey notes.
Sorry but Japanese Bread is so incredibly bad ... and almost all of it is sweet 🤢 Luckily I am not that far away from Kichijoji so I can go to Linde (German Bakery) every now and then
🎉🎉 Energy Enjoyed looks fantastic I liked the green one 🎉🎉
Hey Shinichi thank you for sharing this video with us all take care 😘❤️😍🥰🤩💯🌈🙏🌹
Bread rocks! These all look so good!

Uhhh who doesn't? I get a craving for Hawaiian Sweet rolls. I will eat a whole family sized 12 pack in one sitting when that craving hits.

recently i bought a Panasonic bread-maker at a thrift store for $5, it's a game changer.
strawberry one and the long stick with cream chocolate cronut ooh carbs lol
I do like eating bagels.
I just bought onion rolls and brioche rolls. Way too much white bread when I usually only eat whole grains.

Hi good morning from Texas
I'll try all of them as lm not big on bread where l come from. But Japan has bread that screams eat me .
Consider your stress level re: word mistakes. That would be my first guess for your "forgetfulness." I know from experience!
Makes a video about trying bread, only one item is bread and the rest is cake and pastry 😂😂😂
YES. On occasion I have a serious craving for hard crust light rye German bread with UNsalted butter.
Is it wrong to want to visit Japan just to go to their Convenience stores?
Gday, what is mugwort? Its sounds different to everything else you tried
mugwort is a herb. its a herb used in different ways its also used as medicine and some use it for enhancing intuition.
@@karaleea1671 ahh yea ok, thank you for that

I think you were craving cake, not bread. Even a croissant isn't really bread.
I can't imagine what "mugwort" taste like
a bit on the bitter side
