Thats only for replacing the whole headlight assembly. For changing just a bulb there is a special hatch under the wheel ark giving you access to the rear of the headlight assembly.
Man you dont have to get out the bumber for change the bulb If u look in the wheel cover u will see a pocket and from there u have acces to change the bulb you see that poket on 3:49
You got it wrong. This for removing the whole headlight assembly. For changing a bulb there is a hatch inside the wheel arc. And yes its still crappy design - try to change a bulb in the middle of the night or if your wheel is muddy.

Thx. I hid some weed in the light and then it fell on the bottom of the plastic. So I had to open it to take it out. Smoking rn 😅
