I think it's not fair to forfeit the amount if they are not participating in bidding. Also, the bid amount should always be more than the initial payment is exploitation. If the payment is 50K then you are expected to put an additional 50K+ is ridiculous. I feel it should be the initial 50K and whatever the bidding amount. It could be a bug in the system and the RTA is using it to their benefit.

Yes, you will get full amount refund (Registration amount 5000 + bidding amount whatever paid) only RS 125/- handling/service charges will not be paid.

If you need a special number you need to book first and after getting the number you can register within 15days.
If you don’t need a special number you can directly go for registration.
