I'm 42 and I get so many compliments when I wear Ariana's sweet like candy I don't think age should have anything too do with wearing this fragrance no one tells me it's too young for me. I wore cloud and I got zero compliments.
They usually associate sweet scents with a younger audience since kids tend to have a very big sweet tooth.
Honestly if you feel confident in a perfume you like then use it no matter the scent.
Even though they’re technically teeny bopper scents, I wasn’t allowed to wear sugary sweet perfumes when I was a kid/teen. Now that I’m an adult, I understand why. These types of fragrances are man magnets! They will be on you like white on rice. 😂 I notice the more “mature” fragrances tend to give men headaches, but it’s all about wearing what you like.
exactly. this lady is such a hater lmao. she’s lying so much. EVERYONE says Arianas perfumes last all day with one spray. i have them and i know that’s true, cloud lasts for like DAYS on your clothes. and they are pretty mature, strong smells. they’re also $60 and worth that $60 so not for little kids. it’s for any age tho. there are no age limits to perfume.
Who cares what other people think. Just wear whatever you want to wear. I have the cloud and sweet like candy perfume, and I don't care what other people think, i just like the smell and wear whatever i want to wear

I've adopted Cloud as my new signature scent! It smells SO GOOD! Plus I am more of a simple perfume girl. I don't like anything too fruity or floral. It smells just like coconut and vanilla which is my absolute favorite scents. When I first got it, I sprayed it on my wrist and neck and it lasted the whole day!
Would u say it’s a dark and mysterious scent?

@@jem6578 i got the scent for christmas, to me it smells sweet when you first spray it, but it does have a sort of masculine side to it. one thing to say is it literally lasts for ages, and you can literally make the whole room smell with like 3 sprays. i wouldn’t call it dark and mysterious though

I just bought Cloud and it smells DIVINE. I've got like 5 compliments on it so far, even from my parents, who said it smelled like a unisex fragrance.

Cloud smells like marshmallows,Carmel,peach,lemon,and cake( vanilla). It is very light and fluffy but last long and people from 5 feet or 4 away can smell it. Two sprays on your wrist every 3 or 4 hours through the day should do. I luv cloud and you should get it!!!

I just ordered Cloud because I keep seeing all the hype and I already know if there’s lavender in it I’m going to love it! I’m so excited!! @@heyloveistheweapon I like Cloud but it is very different from Ari. It’s much softer and more faint fragrance wise. I would go to Ulta and definitely test it out before buying. I’m glad I have Cloud but I still reach for Ari way more often. Hope this helps a little lol

And tbh rem is good but its very similar to cloud and if i had to re purchase one of them i'd definitely pick Cloud :)

@@tiana1736 it smells like a sophisticated Cotten candy. 😂 it legit smells so good though I would definitely purchase if you’re thinking about it. It gets really cheap around Christmas. It doesn’t smell little kiddish but it also doesn’t smell like an old lady.

i personally love to wear arianna fragrances to lift my mood and i use em around the house as they aren’t overpowering, i also like the sweetness of em personaly i love to use em as a base too to sweeten other deeper fragrances 🥴😂

It's so interesting to hear your opinion about Ari's perfumes. I personally don't like coconut at all and I LOVE the thank u, next perfume. Actually cloud is the one which smells very "coconut like" to me. My personal ranking of them are:

I always get compliments whenever I wear cloud! It’s one of my top fragrances😍 I work at a daycare, and the side of the building I’m on has no walls separating the rooms. The other teachers can smell me throughout the day from the moment I walk in, to when I walk out. And the rooms are big, so it travels. Smells amazing, not sickening, doesn’t give anyone around me headaches, and you don’t have to spray a ton of it. I will most definitely be getting more when I get through my current bottle!

Cloud is the young, fun, little sister of BR 540. VERY similar, but not as nuanced.

I love "Cloud", but don't like "BR 540". Thankfully. I was afraid, because "Cloud" was love at the first.. smell. I was afraid that "BR 540" would blow me away even more- because that fragrance is expensive. But thankfully it just smells sharp to me. Kind of like strawberry and woods. But not in way, hehe

Ari smells fruity, sweet kinda like fruit juice.
SLC smells like sugary berries and soft .
Cloud smells very sweet but has a mature side to it. They all smell amazing but cloud and SLC are the best to me 😍

I’m 42 and today i got Cloud, love it! I don’t like flower scents but i like sweet, powdery or heavy scents. Dior addict, Poison, Armani Si but also Pink sugar and A-men lol. It reminds me of a-men, which i use to spray all the time from my boyfriend. The packaging is to childish for me at a age of 42 but it is creative.

OMG i’ve been trying to figure out where i have smelled cloud before because it smelled so familiar it reminded me of my childhood!!! Yessssss definetly my dolls and toys
tbh Ari smells a bit watery to me, so I passed on that one. Marshmallow didn't reach my nose :'(
SLC was right up my alley with the blackberry and whipped cream! I love it but it doesn't last long :/ it's become a bit of a guilty pleasure for me 😅
Moonlight is my favourite though! It works well on my skin and it's a very cuddly smell on me. It matches my personality and overall vibe almost to a T. Like D&G Pour Femme (if I had a signature it'd be this one) had a younger bubbly sister. I was expecting it to smell more "purple"; perhaps a candied violet and blackberry accord backed by marshmallow.. That'd be my dream fragrance 😂 though I really can't complain about the plum and blackcurrant with the powdery marshmallow. 😍😍
You've totally sold me on Cloud. I tested it once at the drug store but it just smelled like burnt plastic (it must have been turned sour by the spotlight it was under, or the plastic of the actual cloud). But now I wanna buy it 😩

I think it's because of the extravagant packaging of Cloud
oh yeah and she called it moonlight from her song “moonlight” she also named “sweet like candy” after the same song from the lyrics “sweet like candy, but he’s such a man”

When you were describing Moonlight I got flashbacks to 7th and 8th grade when I'd douse myself in Dark Kiss body spray from bath and body works and I thought I was the coolest but really I just smelled like blueberry yogurt and musk

I just bought the r.e.m. perfume, i'm kinda disappointed. It smells powdery and clean, but it also feels cheap. The packaging feels cheap as well as the smell. It's just basic.
My favorite is the cloud perfume, it smells and feels pricey idk. It smells sweet, kinda flowery, maybe a bit creamy, soft, dreamy... just really how you'd describe a cloud.
It's crazy how people perceive fragrances differently 😅 coconut hits me first when I use cloud

I love cloud so much! I get tons of compliments. It has a strong coconut scent to me tho. I definitely can't see it as a men's fragrance. I repurchase it again today and will continue to do so for years to come.

I own them all except Frankie. I want to try that one too but I never see it anywhere. She has one of the best celeb collections to me. Cloud lasts 12+ hrs. The rest are about 4 to 6 for me. My least favorite is Thank you next but I still like it.

@Competent One Cloud is about as perfect as a celebrity scent can get. I do not own thank u next yet but I was actually eyeing a 10 ml to test. Most people I know do not like it because the coconut runs strong on them. I am super curious about it. No matter what it smells like I am sure it isn't better than cloud. LOL

I pair arianas Thank U Next with Montale’s Intense Tiere and it literally smells like you came from Hawaii. It is so summery and vacation and casual. I love wearing it w a bathing suit or going out in the sun w my friends. Literally the best combo if anyone is looking for a sweet coconut sunscreen COMBO. 🌴 ☀️ 👙
I can understand why some people think cloud is masculine; it’s bc of how strong and musky it can be. It took me a month to love it and buy it after testing it.
@a it really depends on what kind of notes you are into. I like sweet perfumes but nothing too overwhelming so here are my top picks:
Valentino Donna Acqua Valentino- This one has peach to it and is very spring and juicy. It smells sweet but like a watery and luxurious sweet. I absolutely love this and will purchase in the spring.
The ONLY One by Dolce and Gabbana- This is a sweet and CREAMY fragrance perfect for all and winter. It's what im wearing every day right now- absolutely balanced and stunning.
Jean Paul Gaultier - Scandal- I was so afraid of this one because everyone said it was too sweet, but after I tried it I realized this is very warm and balanced sweet. i love your energy and enthusiasm. I'm watching these cause I got the Ulta sampler for christmas with a $15 gift certificate for one of the perfumes. Cloud is one of them, but both my husband and myself are so confused. I'm used to chanel and tom ford so we really dont understand the cotton candy, sweet tarts, smelling like I spent the day at a county fair! I dragged him to Ulta today, to have him smell it, cause they no longer give samples (not Ulta, not Macys, not Sephora saying it was because of covid..whatever). So he said, do you want to be a circus clown? LOL...oh maybe i DO since everyone at all stores in the mall kept telling us it was their number ONE seller by far. prob the 540 clone thing, but I cant believe people are spending $300 to smell like clowns. Maybe it just our noses. Cause I keep reading reviews of 540 that people think it smells like a dentist office a and surgical hospital rooms, latex gloves and bandaids too. yikes, glad I dont smell that, I'd rather be a kid again playing with my little pony and eating gummies.
