Oh thank you so, so much x
Thank you! Such a great little series and wow, the covers are just so awesome! Each one is absolutely beautiful!
Thank you so much Angela x
These are brilliant Tina, and believe me when i say, we don't get bored. Thank you so much for sharing this. xx
Thank you so much x
Brilliant I'm so glad you did these videos. It definitely makes covers look more manageable 😍 hoping you do a part 3
Oh thank you so much Tania, part 3 tomorrow x
These have all turned out so pretty. This has helped soooo much with the paralysation that comes with having to create a journal cover. Doing them conveyor belt style takes away the pressure. Thank you so much for this series
Oh that's awesome Judith, I really do think these will be super helpful won't they? x
Hi, Tina, great to hear & watch you!🥰 I love the look of that material on top of the first one!😍 Hope you’re having a great day!😁 Everything you make turns out beautiful!❤️ Thank you so much for sharing with us! Hugs!❤️
Oh thank you so much Margie, I always appreciate your kindness and taking the time to comment x
They turned out very pretty!!! Thank you for yet another great idea.😃
Thank you so much Anita x
Journal covers won't be so hard to make now. Love them all.❤❤❤
Thank you so much Laura, yes these are going to be so awesome to have on hand x
I love that you brought in things from your mass makes to pull everything together. I honestly can't decide which one I prefer, decisions are always difficult lol 💖
Lol, yes I know what you mean about decision making!! Haha x
Hi Tina!🌸🤗🍀
These are so gorgeous!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It really brings back the importance of mass making different ephemera goodies to use when building journals from the ground up.
So awesome how these all come together as book toppers!!
You are such a clever lady and I love how artistic you are, Tina... I have a lot to create to get to this place, but so appreciate you sharing your thoughts and ideas on journaling.💗🍀🌸
Oh thank you so much Lori, I really do appreciate your kind words. I am so thrilled that this is helpful, it is awesome having a bunch of stuff ready made isn't it? x
These looks so great! Love the idea of making them ahead of time! TFS the inspiration, Tina!
Thank you so much Gail, they will be really handy to have ready made I think x
Lovely toppers...looking forward to decorating the rest! 😊💖
Oh thank you so much Debbie x
Hi Tina, these are awesome! I’ve never made a topper, but now I’m definitely going to make some. Thank you so much for all you do for us. Have a great rest of your day. See you tomorrow! Hugs 🤗
Thank you so much Linda. I hadn't really made any toppers previously either, but aren't they just going to be so handy to have at the ready? Hope you are having a great Thursday, see you tomorrow x
Hi Tina:
Wish I could put together creations like yours. These journal covers are so randomly gorgeous! I would use every single one. I hope you’re so proud of these. Thank you. 💜😎
Oh thank you so much Joanne x
Love these!! Covers are so hard for me. These take the stress out of a cover!! Not to mention creating these will lessen my fabric stash! Win, win!❤️
They’re great aren’t they? Making a cover with these will just be super easy, and like you say also uses up some of our fabrics. Have fun x
Good afternoon Tina love them! I made 10 toppers! So excited to decorate them for future use. This has helped me immensely with journal covers. Thank you! ❤️🌹 have a most wonderful day
Oh that's fantastic Brenda, I am thrilled that this is helpful. Have a great day also x
These covers are brilliant!!! Thank you, Tina!
Thank you Karen x
Wow Tina love love these. Amazing how they turn out after you’ve got some of them done. Love the red with the burlap and lace with the pink flower so awesome my fav. Thanks for sharing
Oh thank you so much, yes the red one looks super pretty doesn't it? x
As you are making these my favourite changed every time, these are gorgeous. I am excited to see how you will use them.thanks for sharing, I appreciate it very much. 🇨🇦
Oh thank you so much Bernice, they turned out really pretty didn’t they? X
Beautiful toppers! Fantastic idea! TFS Hope you’re having a great day! 💕
Oh thank you so much Jo Ann, have a great day also x
Soooooo EXQUISITE, Genius Tina 🤗🐞😘
They’re all so beautiful! Can’t wait to see how you finish the rest.

There All Beautiful You Have Some Lovely Bits To Play With TYFS Happy Crafting Lynn 🧵💖
Thank you so much Lynn x
This was an awesome little series Tina and a great way to use some of my upholstery fabric instead of card based toppers. Hope you are well 😘
Oh thank you so much Carol, Lovely to hear from you 🙃. Hope all is well with you and that you’re staying safe x
Love these so much…just beautiful 💕
I LOVED seeing and learning from your process. Now, I need to go back and re-watch some of your mass make videos again so I can make some of these elements to have ready like you did.
Yay, have fun x
I love these all. My fav has to be the red one! Great creativity Tina! Xx
Oh thank you so much, yes the red one looks really pretty doesn’t it? X
LOVE THESE COVERS-SO PRETTY-ENJOYED THE PROCESS-TFS-HUGS/BLESSINGS
Thank you Karen x
Gorgeous! I'm going to try making some in the near future. Love them. TFS Tina. Have a great day. 🙂
Oh thank you so much Donna x
Thanks for this! I so struggle with covers. This is motivating me to try this myself. If only it weren't midnight here, I'd start now (of course first I'd have to find my desk).
You just keep doing your personal style. It is what makes your art pieces unique and beautiful and so many people adore them. And yes, your journals are works of art.
Love&hugs
Oh thank you so much Darcy, and also for making me chuckle with your having to find your desk comment! Haha. Yes, I think these will definitely just make decorating a cover super quick and easy x
EXACTLY!!! I agree 100%
Well said!
Tina, your style, AND sweet personality, make your videos the best. We love you JUST AS YOU ARE!!! I literally could not decorate a journal without YOU!
It's kinda funny,...but you talk to us, and ask our opinion during your videos. I answer back, OUT LOUD!!! My family just laughs at me and reminds me "She can't hear you!"!!
Then I say, "The red one!!" And you grab the "red one". I tell my family, "See,...she CAN HEAR ME"!!
Don't be frustrated. You are just going thru the creative process it takes to create. NEVER CHANGE!!! You are GREAT!!!
Austin, TX USA
PS: Now I will remember to use safety pins!!
Hi Tina, yesterday I forgot to mention that I thought to use ‘the toppers’ (which are so lovely with the layers and layers of different fabrics) in horizontal and make little cover for tiny journals or booklets😍😍😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😍😍😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hugs and a great week for you ☀️
Fantastic idea, tfs. Hope you’re having a great week x
Very helpful; thank you Tina.
Beautiful work! Love 💕 can’t wait to see part 3
Oh thank you so much Michelle, I thought I might have been on my own by part 3! Lol x
These turned out lovely.
Thank you x
Love them all they look so nice
These are so pretty Tina
Thank you x
I can’t wait to see the rest finished. Now I want one of the journals.
Lol, thank you x
I adore the way these turned out, and as for too much lace, you can never have too much. I hold my breath when you use your hot glue gun, I just don’t know how you don’t burn your fingers. You could make a third and a fourth video and I for one would still watch but I’m sure many others would as well. Much luv. Xx
Thank you so much Heather. Yes, I'm with you, we can never have too much lace!!! Lol x
Lol I love it when you ask should I ink it up or leave it ... because you never leave it lol.
Lol, you are so right! Haha x
Just love these 2 videos! Haven’t tried any yet but will definitely get to it!
That’s awesome, have fun x
Hi. These are so Lovely. I have heard that if you spray the rusty bits with hair spray it helps seal them from losing the rustiness.
Your excitement when you love a piece on something it’s fun to see and is contagious. Thank you for sharing and inspiring. X-Susan
Thank you so much Susan, and especially for the tip about the hairspray, I will definitely be trying that x
Matt spray acrylic sealer or artist spray fixative (used for charcoal or pastels on paper) works too
Fantastic, just love these xx
Thank you Michelle x
I had a look at your jabalot (?) tutorial and they are so pretty! These journal covers are wonderful pieces of art in themselves. It’s worth having a tray full of made ephemera to make them. I will never catch up with you but I’m so glad that this long year of shielding has been made better by watching you. It’s gone back to wet and miserable here. Spring is coming though. 🌼🌼🌼
Yes those jabots (I think) are super cool aren’t they? Great idea to have a tray full of made ephemera for these. Yes, it was wet and miserable here today too x
These are absolutely gorgeous - I love how they turned out xx
Oh thank you so much Karen x
TYFS - Fantastic! 👩❤️👩💜👸🏽
Thank you x
These look awesome Tina! Hugs..
Thank you Kath x
These turned out even better than I imagined! 😍 I recently discovered your channel and am loving it. Keep it up!
Oh thank you so much, and welcome to my channel x
Forgot to say, I love your name Wheezy Breezy, super cute! X
Excellent work!
Thank you x
Thanks 🌲
I just love your style! These covers are fabulous. Could you do a video on closures? I have trouble with them. If I wrap them with beautiful ribbons or sari silk it usually covers up the focal point. I have tried other ways but am rarely happy with the results. Your thoughts are always appreciated. Happy Day! Hugs and blessings, :)
Thank you so much Laura, I will have a think about closures and try and put something together, I have to confess that I am really boring when it comes to closures x
I love the red one best, but I find if I struggle placing things, what akwats works is the odd numbers thing, as in groups of 3 items are better than 2? So I would've put the button next to the pink flower, try it if you haven't before, it's a florists rule too 3, 5, odd numbers for any displays, buttons, flowers, or clusters basically! 😊
Oh thank you so much, I know that Barbara at 49Dragonflies lives by that rule too, I will try and remember x
@@shabbydabbydoodah yeah I find it a big help if i can't decide, it's just remembering about it at the time lol!
Great video, lots of good ideas. I love your jabots (?), have you shown how to make those anywhere? If not, would you consider showing us how to make those? They are so pretty! Thanks for sharing this Tina! ❤
Thank you so much. This is the link for the jabot tutorial ruclips.net/video/HoEQUsEfw_o/видео.html x
Really looks pretty Tina.. Just a reminder on the Jabot's...they are pronounce ( Jabow) the "T" is silent... Can't wait to see how you finish the others...Have a fantastic day...🤗
Oh thank you so much Donna for the reminder about the pronunciation, it makes more sense. Hope you have a wonderful day/evening x
This was perfect timing that I found this video. I just finished making a journal, now I have to decorate. Where did you get the little gems? I really like them. Thanks for all the videos.
Oh that's fantastic, so pleased this was timely for you. From Ebay x
My journal doesn't look as nice as yours. I guess it will just take practice. I love all your videos!
These look jus gorgeous 🥰 And I love your lace&stamps - do you have a tutorial on how you made them? Or can you tell me how? I'm a newbie, so maybe a stupid question.... 🙈
they are amazing. thank you for sharing. karina
Thank you so much Karina x
When you make the journals for these does the colour of the material become the main colour of said journal? Would love to see you make it.
More or less I would say, I would try and tie the colours in somehow x
Would you please do a video tutorial on colouring the buttons?
Yes no problem x
@@shabbydabbydoodah THANK YOU!!
Tina did you do a patina button video? I may have missed it ..I like the way they look ...I have some way too colorful buttons what color was it that you used to get that color?..I will watch Part 3 :)
I haven't done a video with the patina, but I will try and do one, as a couple of ladies have asked. Thank you for watching part 3 as well x
When did you make the jabbits? I have not come across the video of that.
I made these a while back, but not in a mass make, here is the link ruclips.net/video/HoEQUsEfw_o/видео.html x
@@shabbydabbydoodah
I remember them now! Geeze my memory is awful!
Hi Tina...what type and brand of patina did you use on your buttons? I have alot of buttons I could patina : )
It’s the Ranger patina, it worked brilliantly x
@@shabbydabbydoodah was it the aged bronze?
That is weird Tina. Lol. What are you thinking with that lace on the left side bottom.
Lol, I like it!!!! Haha x
Very pretty
Thank you Sherry x
What is “happy mail”?
It is a wonderful gift send by some of the amazing ladies who are in our junk journal community x
the youtube ads are crazy every three minutes .....
Oh gosh I am so sorry, thank you for letting me know, I will sort it out x
@@shabbydabbydoodah it was odd, so many every 2-3 minutes for at least the first half hour then they quit. I hate how youtube has added all the ads, it’s disrespectful on their part
@@shabbydabbydoodah i love the covers and have made one. i posted it in the fb group. it’s purple and is already on a journal
Absolutely gorgeous, each one! Love them Tina, keep up the creativity.
