So apo tea garden and chemmozhi mattum dhan electric loco la paakka mudiyum seekiram. They should consider Mainline electrification as a priority. Maybe the goods revenue from karaikal port might have changed the priority. Read somewhere the goods bring in a major revenue tp TPJ division.
