      @@CruisingIsLife lol I kinda predicted the future was I said I hope it comes to Singapore and I hope Disney wouldn’t change plans and make the global dream go to China instead like what royal Caribbean did to wonder of the seas, made her go from China to the United States so yea…

      @@Travellers_footage right exactly, with how far along the ship is already it’s already designed and ready for the Asia market anyways. Disney has been wanting to put a ship there for a while, it was the perfect way to do it.

    I feel it’s great deal for them
    The cruise market is moving towards larger ships
    I feel anytime Disney moves forward people look down at them
    They will make it a big hit

    Something like 3% of the original value?? seems like a fire sale to jump on. Hope the timeline is doable.

    Brandon, if the ship stays in Asia, marketed only to Asians; how will they know the difference between, a real Disney ship, and this one?

  • @Remibiggestfan

    The Asian cruising market is kinda low on ships

    I think too much thought is going into this. As long as the ship stays in the asian market. It will be a home run. It will obviously most likely be a single class ships. But the cost overall is dramatically lower. I think it'll be a home run.

    Another monstrosity megaship but should be more premium than RCL or NCL. Higher capacity passengers means Disney will have to balance more staff to keep a good reputation and please everyone onboard

    A ship worth over $1B and purchased for around $50 million? Sure, why not?

    • @CruisingIsLife
      @CruisingIsLife  Год назад

      Right, it will cost a lot to finish and re work some areas to make it their own. But probably the cheapest project for something that size.

      @@a1ytaviation1yt they bought a billion-dollar, mostly finished ship for about $50 million. If you had a chance to buy a $100 item for five bucks, and then needed to put another (say) $25 into it to finish it and make it yours, wouldn't YOU take that chance?
