Gentle Flow for Flexibility - Live Yoga Class

- Hi everyone! 🌼 Join me for a relaxing livestream this Tuesday at 3 PM UK time, where we’ll explore a gentle flow designed to enhance flexibility and release tension throughout the body.
We’ll start with energizing Sun Salutations, followed by standing poses like Triangle and Half Moon to build strength and balance. Then, we’ll ease into seated and supine stretches, including Pigeon with a Forward Fold, to help you unwind and find deep relaxation.
Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, this session is perfect for everyone. Grab your mat and let’s flow together! Don’t forget to have some water nearby, and feel free to leave your questions or comments in the chat.

Fabulous practice. Half moon and cow face were challenging but as you always say Tina we do what we can do and I think it is always good to be challenged. I will definitely be giving this class another go! Namaste ❤

Lots of wobbles today, half moon and pair pose in low lunge are a balancing challenge for me. But I do love turtle and pigeon🐢💜⭐️😊💜Thank you Tina💜⭐️😊💜

that half moon pose was a disaster for me as well!! i thought i was doing pretty well with my balancing exercises. hah!!! not sure if i'll be able to conquer it.

Oh my goodness that half moon was a challenge but luckily I could hold on to the couch when wobbling 😮 I do love the favorites, pigeon, turtle and monkey…but trying new poses is fun as well. Thanks so much Tina💜💜🐢😊🙉😊💜💜

I enjoyed this workout. I joined our YMCA, but do at home workouts on Wednesdays because I attend a Bible study in the morning. I like to try new poses, so that you for the half moon. I just turned 70, but keep working out. I do Barre 2x per week and Pilates once a week either cycling one or more days.

Thank you for another good workout. The balance was a little iffy, but I will be practicing. This is the second time I’ve done the shoelace and it was much easier this time than last time. I’m only 77 so maybe I’ll get better with each. Lol thank you Tina, I’m gonna give you a donation

My half moon pose was a complete disaster, I don’t think that pose is for me, I don’t want to fall and hurt myself.
