Michael Jackson There's no cheat codes involved. The only "cheats" that were used were to play as the boss characters. Everything else is done using TAS (Tool Assisted Speedrun/Superplay)
@DaBlack Cheetah There is a real human playing the game, but not in real time. A tool assisted speedrun/superplay (TAS) uses savestates, slowdown and frame advance (playing the game frame-by-frame) in order to get the perfect results that they want. It allows you to manipulate the A.I., fix mistakes that you may have made, and lets you do combos, glitches, exploits, and everything in between that require frame-perfect execution. Once you have finished your session, the inputs get saved in a file that executes the inputs that you made when you open it in the emulator that you use. This works because the game reacts to whatever buttons you pressed, as it is not totally random, and any little change in the buttons pressed, or not pressed messes up the TAS.

Those 4 boss fighters are so stupid cheap. Yet fun to beat hard.
De la verga el Street Fighter de Super Nintendo, desde su música, animación, bonus stages, TODO.
Looks like the Tiger lost.

Haha well played 👍
Long reach and an insanely spammy dash punch. I can see why they needed to tone him down when he became a playable character.
Why is the line up different on the character select screen? Is this a PAL region copy?

Michael Jackson It’s TAS
Dude it’s an offline game, no score count, no tournaments, this was made for entertainment to show the full potential of certain characters
