    This is cool. Can anyone help fill in some blanks about jazz theory? In a minor key, I can just use any passing tone to make a bebop scale? Is that right? I'm pretty good and all but jazz eludes me. I love to listen but playing it I find difficult.

    This will be of little interest to most people, but "B7b5" implies a seven-note extension where there's still room for an E natural between D# and F. But labeling it as "B7#11" doesn't have that problem.
