Hi Chef, I tried this recipe and OMG, it turned out very tasty. In fact, this korma curry is so tasty that egg was a distraction. I never prepared any kind of korma before, but after having this I am going to try this korma curry with paneer, aloo, and other vegetables for my vegetarian husband. I had several twist though, i used double the amount of cashew as I did not had almonds and melon seeds; also I used two full tbsps for sour cream instead of curd. This recipe is very simple, and every egg curry should definitely TRY THIS at least once in a lifetime.
The way you cook and present even a simple dish is fantastic...you taught me so many routine kitchen dishes to cook in a style...thanks...now if I put on weight by making and eating these lovely dishes...you will be blamed :D
