0:36 - All three of these discs are almost exact copies of the beadless Aviar (P&A) mold, which was first approved for PDGA play on Jan 1st, 1984. Every manufacturer makes their own clone of the good old Aviar Putt & Approach disc. They have to, or they're missing out on sales. I think I am right in saying, the Aviar P&A is the world's most popular mold of all time. And that doesn't count the clones.
The Cardinal looks like a Shark only a hair more concave on the underwing shape so the disc is a hair more overstable. My dad is a forhand player and he can use discs as Domey as a Skeeter/Domy Comet or Defunct brand Lighting the brands Rubber putter and these discs are some of the most domed discs on the market today.
I picked up an owl and a lark. I’ve been trying so hard not to buy any discs, because my money is tight, but I want to support Scott. I don’t want to make this a Climo v Stokely, but I’ve been far more interested in Scott’s journey than Ken’s. I hope Climo Discs does well though! I throw 1 Discraft disc, but I’ve bought a few others (gotta support Missy. NY and all) but I just don’t like the feel of their plastic in general. Also, pretty sure Climo is just making innova discs with Discraft… I mean, he’s thrown innova forever. But, it all goes back to what McBeth said years ago. Wish he had been there for the sport the whole time. Scott is a true ambassador of the sport, and given how open he’s been about his past, seems to be a good human. I’d happily spend $40 on that.

By far, of all the discs i have thrown, my favourite by fàr in terms of feeling in the hand is the hex. There seems to be nothing else like it.
