Alexander Hamilton If you're talking about 0:28 Yes, but I intended it to have a few meanings not just literal. So in that particular scene Mary is considered the 'monster' to John for lying to him which is why I wanted to cut to john's reaction and emotional state in that moment, the situation itself creates a lot of pain and strain within their relationship, but partially as John finds himself in a really dark place of betrayal and it kind of shows in that shot. So I basically reversed the literal lyric, but interpret all you want that's kind of what I had in mind when I edited it.
