I honestly don't get it. Whenever someone shields me or heals me I am 100% grateful for it. There is hardly a real downside to it unless you're a Hu Tao main, I guess.
I'm not a Hu Tao main, but as far as I concern Hu Tao is good with a shielder, but not a healer. You want to keep her hp below 50% of her max hp for big dmg ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

While I was farming artifacts I used diona because my zhongli is c0 and I don't have good healers, then somebody told me not to use her because she's apparently a bad character 😭😭 but I saved them the entire domain because they don't rly have good dodging skills. 36k HP diona btw Edit: I have c6 diona now!! She's my 2nd best shielder before zhongli
Don't worry we all start from somewhere. I used my unbuilt character to farm for another character, then use that built character to farm for more. That's how I have many characters built now.
@@akatsuki5940 I've had people avoid my healing and then complain when the character dies, I try my best to makes sure to use Barbara if there is a Xiao or Hu Tao on the team but sometimes you get those one's that don't dodge attacks and complain all throughout if they aren't healed when we tell them to do their part too.
Diona’s amazing man, my first ever healer and she saved me with those shields and heals. Though later on it takes more investment to keep her on your team, her support playstyle is endless, from a simple heal/shield thing, to a battery for a dps (or qiqi lol) and is just a really comfy character.
@@KitsuneSpirit82825 this is extremely late but from what I know her ultimate / burst does a solid amount of healing without even leveling her up, and her skill gives you a shield. I’m not sure with all the buff details or anything or if the shield also heals you since I got her a few days ago
I remember when I used to farm crimson witch for diluc and the only dps I built before I liked to use was razor......let's just say back then farming this place was hell for me as a melee main lol its alot easier now got alot more options for geo,hydro,anem and cryo but back then you're choices were slim

@@rz3264 razor was built physical but he still gives off electo reactions all the time so he was still receiving domain revenge xD. Eventually I just had to get over my obsession with melee at the time and swap razor out for Childe

i feel like the toxic players just dont know how dionas heal works cuse everytime i play her they just avoid the damn healing circle - and half of them are way to confident in god knows what- having a healer dosent mean u can just stop dodging and take all dmg u want especially with somebody like diona so pls start dodging and dont be stupid
Not trying to be rude, but your Diona is lvl 60 with only 14k hp, and unlike Atk scaling healers like Qiqi, Jean, and Sayu, Hp scaling healers need higher lvl for more base hp, since weapons don't have base hp like atk. Of course their attitude wasn't good, I'm not saying they're right, but you should've builded your Diona better or just use Qiqi or Barbara who don't need their bursts to heal and don't need to be near the others to heal them, especially Qiqi(if you have her) since she scales off atk and have 100% healing uptime (+insanely high healing even with low investment). The enemies' Hp increase with each player, so you should either be a decent dps or a good healer/shielder, to (at least) cover the amount of hp that increased with your joining. I hope I don't sound rude, and thanks for reading. ^^
@@gbyt034 It does exist, but It gives %hp, not base hp, you will still need a good amount of base hp to be increased by the %hp you get from the bow and the artifacts, and you can only get base hp from leveling up your character. But for the atk, the weapon's base atk is added to your character's base atk, and can be increased by the %atk you have. So even if your character is lvl 1, you can still get a good amount of atk if the weapon you're using has high base atk (+leveled up atk artifacts). I hope I explained it well.
i understand their build wasnt top tier or anything, but the main point was that the other player was being toxic about it + the heals were still decent

What I find more baffling is that someone used Raiden, which in turn gives everyone on the team a higher chance to die because of the domain effects with her E skill. Some people just want what they want ig.
but they aren't avoiding the burst area, they are fighting an enemy far away and probably didn't even notice. like raiden went there as soon as she could and saw it
they might have also saw the 1888 heals and decided it wasn't worth it cause they did get healed once before they decided to go and fight the enemies again.
As a kokomi main and a healer lover I always get annoyed when people are mean to the person who is only there to protect them and keep them alive :( (And when ur also a dps who can provide support to your team and do a lot of damage is even better) A lot of people dislike diona bc her heals are a little slower than some characters but, she is a awesome support!
Tatsumi shouldn't bring electro in the first place if he/she doesn't want to get heal from you. Just wanted to point out that always go near Xiao because his life drains when he does his ult. Using this video as basis, you were far away from him and also be sure to check your surroundings because you used your ult when no one was near you. Always be the one to go near them. :)) Honestly, those kind of people are the reason why I stopped doing co-op in higher domains because when I do co-op some of the players from higher AR are just too much. I would just enjoy doing co-op in lower domains, since it's better to help low AR players.
i dont want to insult anyone but they were "kinda" right. surely they were mean, but keep in mind that was a lv90 domain and you brought your lv60 diona which healing was simply really low (enough for being lv60) but in that domain havinh a good healer is important! you could've told them your healinh wasnt the best just to let them know. if they wanted, they could have used aswell another healer just to not die. and, whenever you use heal characters like Diona, Sayu, Bennett, that have a circle and heal from it only, you're the one that should go near your teammates and use your burst near them. it's just useless if you use it to heal yourself only. people there are trying to play. they were doing the damage while when you were supposed to, you didnt even heal
I reflex to use my ult whenever i near my dying teammates but oh well... And yes I do pay attention if we're on the lvl90 domain and I brought my lvl 60 diona, but that doesn't mean I can't heal them well, and i rarely heal myself whenever I use my ult, I'll let them use it... If you still can heal ur teammates then why bother the numbers? Anyway thanks for your advice and for borrowing your time, appreciate it!
But that raiden should know-- it's crimson domain, we're not recommended to attacking with electro. Also for raiden's skill.. even can be active by other player, the one's who get big dmg from domain's effect is raiden (4 player got from raiden's skill = instant death for raiden)

As a Diona and ganyu main I’m gonna be really serious here: DO NOT complain to me if u die it’s not my fault you’re so trash at the game and do not expect my sheilds to be as protective as Zhongli’s. Be great full for what you GET stop complaining if u couldn’t get any heals maybe try coming closer to me to get heals or just say so? NO CHARACTER IS BAD the only bad thing here is your attitude and we can’t deal with that’s and we DONT want to deal with it. Don’t expect my shields to be up 24/7 u know there’s something called cool-down stop playing dumb. And honestly I hv experienced very similar co oop moments like these considering that I have a not bad Diona which is lvl 90. Don’t let ppl get to u, because you’re not the bad one at the game. The one who is complaining is the bad one here.
it happened to me twice in the field of raiden I have a diona lvl 80 c6 she is perfect heal and protect my teammates but a guy said change diona and add I will not start if you dont remove diona I was shocked and i tell that I wouldn't change it cause we need a healer and it was the 2 time we tried the first one i had given in and removed diona and we all ended up dying and no one defended me so i just left them 💀
damn, ill never understand people who tell other players to switch characters for no good reason, hopefully you didnt have another encounter like this since usually co-op players are very nice

That's why I only do domains with friends, they never diss on my characters because they're just happy we play together (and even if some have more broken builds or healers they let me use mine because I like being support in co-op).
Im a kokomi main, and one time in a domain I was with a aether main, childe main, and I think a Zhongli or xiao? Idk it was awhile ago. BUT, after like 2 rounds, the aether dies because he wasn’t healed (be aware that my kokomi was still a work in progress and I was in her artifact domain, so my heals weren’t that great yet and She was still lvl 60) and this man goes “L kokomi your damage sucks” and im like “....im a healer??? And kokomi??? She doesn’t crit and a wip so yea im not gonna do damage. And not my fault you’re avoiding my jellyfish” and this guy says “you should just solo domains and not coop bc youre a bad healer and do no damage. You might as well log off and quit the game lol” (his damage was low too LMAO) and the childe and xiao/Zhongli come in to defend me saying that my heals are good and that I was carrying, and making fun of the aether back and the aether left. I apologized bc I felt like it was my fault and the childe and ziao/Zhongli said its fine and that the aether was just being toxic. And now after alot of farming and out of PURE SPITE I made a physical kokomi who does 27k phys damage with her ult, 2k with her jellyfish and 12k heals. I haven’t seen the aether since but his toxic remarks gave me the motivation to make kokomi reach her full potential and I DID. Some might say she could be better but I personally think she’s the queen of my party. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk

I'd switch to hu Tao or xq if someone trash talked whenever I play a healer (which is often) those heals are mine and mine alone, no one can have them.
if you have that kind of attitude, dont play coop. Coop is about cooperation, not everyone for themselves. And unless your healing sucks, no one complains about healers.

If your healer isn't properly built or can't heal the whole team well, just don't be the healer. Also two wrongs dont make a right. Secondly, i dont think the problem lies with Diona herself, but the level. Matching on random coop also gacha actually.. Like i once bring lv60 diona to lv90 azdaha for friendship, then i ask my team if i can bring my diona or not and they said is from 'ok np!' even 'we'll win this!'. At the end nobody died 👌
I once encountered a player like that. I was in vc with my other friend who's more experienced than I, but has not built her healers at all (she's all for hypercarrying). This rando.... "Lmao, your heal is ******* ****. Someone else go healer." Whispered to my friend on vc, let me be the healer. Only to purposefully avoid the Rando's proximity, allowing him/her to be the first to die while everyone else was still alive by the end. "Are you kidding me?! Your healing is **** too!" "Oh, my apologies. I didn't realize I had to heal *you* too. Correction: I decided not to." Cue more asterisk on chat followed by him leaving. Healers are already working 24/7/365 to keep your face-tanking dumbass alive and they can just as well decide NOT to heal you or if you're like me at times, forget to recast ._.;;;
Generally I run after the healer in domains lol and if I am the healer I will run after the main dps XD. Also when doing diona ult at the end recommend u do it at the tree. I also made this mistake when doing Bennett ult to heal the fallen players and they just run away from the circle straight to the tree😂

Also bringing a lvl 60 ''healer'' to a lvl 90 domain is pretty selfish, you basically count on people to carry you at that point. The lower levels are there for a reason, people should use it instead of trying to rush everything through the highest levels.
bruh diona has so many great multi skills they really should shut it, the fact you can both heal and sheild are too great of a combo and diona happens to be one of the few who are capable of both. I love using my own diona as mostly a shield with extra healing as bennet takes care of the heals and buffing. they are such a great time together i couldn't take em apart for the world lol

that wasnt a case in this video tho. The OP was clearly standing further away from them and the moment an enemy came running to them they used the ult, away from everyone else. They easily couldve ignored the enemy and run to the others and then use the ult.

My diona is 36k and has 3.3k heals(talent lvl 5)
ikr, the problem is some domain has leyline exists to deplete your hp. Liyue talent domain for example is the domain where healer is a must.

From my experience, people don't give enough credit to healers, we are working overtime to get your ass to get at least 4k damage on a slime
is it really that bad in coop? Im almost always the healer and people were happy to see my barbara or dori
@@akatsuki5940 I've had people avoid my healing and then complain when the character dies, I try my best to makes sure to use Barbara if there is a Xiao or Hu Tao on the team but sometimes you get those one's that don't dodge attacks and complain all throughout if they aren't healed when we tell them to do their part too.
As someone who uses diona as their main healer (she does 8-10k healing per tick) i hate when people say shes bad, you just dont know how she works
Diona’s amazing man, my first ever healer and she saved me with those shields and heals. Though later on it takes more investment to keep her on your team, her support playstyle is endless, from a simple heal/shield thing, to a battery for a dps (or qiqi lol) and is just a really comfy character.

@@KitsuneSpirit82825 this is extremely late but from what I know her ultimate / burst does a solid amount of healing without even leveling her up, and her skill gives you a shield. I’m not sure with all the buff details or anything or if the shield also heals you since I got her a few days ago

I remember when I used to farm crimson witch for diluc and the only dps I built before I liked to use was razor......let's just say back then farming this place was hell for me as a melee main lol its alot easier now got alot more options for geo,hydro,anem and cryo but back then you're choices were slim

@@rz3264 razor was built physical but he still gives off electo reactions all the time so he was still receiving domain revenge xD. Eventually I just had to get over my obsession with melee at the time and swap razor out for Childe

Not trying to be rude, but your Diona is lvl 60 with only 14k hp, and unlike Atk scaling healers like Qiqi, Jean, and Sayu, Hp scaling healers need higher lvl for more base hp, since weapons don't have base hp like atk.
Of course their attitude wasn't good, I'm not saying they're right, but you should've builded your Diona better or just use Qiqi or Barbara who don't need their bursts to heal and don't need to be near the others to heal them, especially Qiqi(if you have her) since she scales off atk and have 100% healing uptime (+insanely high healing even with low investment).
The enemies' Hp increase with each player, so you should either be a decent dps or a good healer/shielder, to (at least) cover the amount of hp that increased with your joining.

@@gbyt034 It does exist, but It gives %hp, not base hp, you will still need a good amount of base hp to be increased by the %hp you get from the bow and the artifacts, and you can only get base hp from leveling up your character.
But for the atk, the weapon's base atk is added to your character's base atk, and can be increased by the %atk you have. So even if your character is lvl 1, you can still get a good amount of atk if the weapon you're using has high base atk (+leveled up atk artifacts).
I hope I explained it well.

they might have also saw the 1888 heals and decided it wasn't worth it cause they did get healed once before they decided to go and fight the enemies again.

As a kokomi main and a healer lover I always get annoyed when people are mean to the person who is only there to protect them and keep them alive :(

Tatsumi shouldn't bring electro in the first place if he/she doesn't want to get heal from you. Just wanted to point out that always go near Xiao because his life drains when he does his ult. Using this video as basis, you were far away from him and also be sure to check your surroundings because you used your ult when no one was near you. Always be the one to go near them. :))
Honestly, those kind of people are the reason why I stopped doing co-op in higher domains because when I do co-op some of the players from higher AR are just too much. I would just enjoy doing co-op in lower domains, since it's better to help low AR players.
i dont want to insult anyone but they were "kinda" right. surely they were mean, but keep in mind that was a lv90 domain and you brought your lv60 diona which healing was simply really low (enough for being lv60) but in that domain havinh a good healer is important! you could've told them your healinh wasnt the best just to let them know. if they wanted, they could have used aswell another healer just to not die.
and, whenever you use heal characters like Diona, Sayu, Bennett, that have a circle and heal from it only, you're the one that should go near your teammates and use your burst near them. it's just useless if you use it to heal yourself only. people there are trying to play. they were doing the damage while when you were supposed to, you didnt even heal
I reflex to use my ult whenever i near my dying teammates but oh well...
And yes I do pay attention if we're on the lvl90 domain and I brought my lvl 60 diona, but that doesn't mean I can't heal them well, and i rarely heal myself whenever I use my ult, I'll let them use it...
If you still can heal ur teammates then why bother the numbers?

But that raiden should know-- it's crimson domain, we're not recommended to attacking with electro. Also for raiden's skill.. even can be active by other player, the one's who get big dmg from domain's effect is raiden (4 player got from raiden's skill = instant death for raiden)

DO NOT complain to me if u die it’s not my fault you’re so trash at the game and do not expect my sheilds to be as protective as Zhongli’s. Be great full for what you GET stop complaining if u couldn’t get any heals maybe try coming closer to me to get heals or just say so? NO CHARACTER IS BAD the only bad thing here is your attitude and we can’t deal with that’s and we DONT want to deal with it. Don’t expect my shields to be up 24/7 u know there’s something called cool-down stop playing dumb. And honestly I hv experienced very similar co oop moments like these considering that I have a not bad Diona which is lvl 90. Don’t let ppl get to u, because you’re not the bad one at the game. The one who is complaining is the bad one here.
it happened to me twice in the field of raiden I have a diona lvl 80 c6 she is perfect heal and protect my teammates but a guy said change diona and add I will not start if you dont remove diona I was shocked and i tell that I wouldn't change it cause we need a healer and it was the 2 time we tried the first one i had given in and removed diona and we all ended up dying and no one defended me so i just left them 💀
Just in case my diona heal 5800 per sec so its pretty high i guess

That's why I only do domains with friends, they never diss on my characters because they're just happy we play together (and even if some have more broken builds or healers they let me use mine because I like being support in co-op).

Im a kokomi main, and one time in a domain I was with a aether main, childe main, and I think a Zhongli or xiao? Idk it was awhile ago. BUT, after like 2 rounds, the aether dies because he wasn’t healed (be aware that my kokomi was still a work in progress and I was in her artifact domain, so my heals weren’t that great yet and She was still lvl 60) and this man goes “L kokomi your damage sucks” and im like “....im a healer??? And kokomi??? She doesn’t crit and a wip so yea im not gonna do damage. And not my fault you’re avoiding my jellyfish” and this guy says “you should just solo domains and not coop bc youre a bad healer and do no damage. You might as well log off and quit the game lol” (his damage was low too LMAO) and the childe and xiao/Zhongli come in to defend me saying that my heals are good and that I was carrying, and making fun of the aether back and the aether left. I apologized bc I felt like it was my fault and the childe and ziao/Zhongli said its fine and that the aether was just being toxic. And now after alot of farming and out of PURE SPITE I made a physical kokomi who does 27k phys damage with her ult, 2k with her jellyfish and 12k heals. I haven’t seen the aether since but his toxic remarks gave me the motivation to make kokomi reach her full potential and I DID. Some might say she could be better but I personally think she’s the queen of my party.

if you have that kind of attitude, dont play coop. Coop is about cooperation, not everyone for themselves. And unless your healing sucks, no one complains about healers.

First of all, overload doesnt work in that domain if my memory serves right, so that player with Raiden was wrong to bring her. Secondly, i dont think the problem lies with Diona herself, but the level. Generally I run after the healer in domains lol and if I am the healer I will run after the main dps XD.
Also when doing diona ult at the end recommend u do it at the tree. I also made this mistake when doing Bennett ult to heal the fallen players and they just run away from the circle straight to the tree😂

Also bringing a lvl 60 ''healer'' to a lvl 90 domain is pretty selfish, you basically count on people to carry you at that point. The lower levels are there for a reason, people should use it instead of trying to rush everything through the highest levels.
bruh diona has so many great multi skills they really should shut it, the fact you can both heal and sheild are too great of a combo and diona happens to be one of the few who are capable of both. I love using my own diona as mostly a shield with extra healing as bennet takes care of the heals and buffing. they are such a great time together i couldn't take em apart for the world lol
diona isn't good till she sheilds her teamates, becuse she only heal with her burst, its super annoying, that's why i like Kuki or qiqi ect better. its annoying to wait for the burst you need ungodly amount of er for it to work
seems like a lot of players judge diona users because they want, the healing ultimate is auto target and sometimes she throws in a distance, people just need to watch it, dont worry about those people, they are jerks
that wasnt a case in this video tho. The OP was clearly standing further away from them and the moment an enemy came running to them they used the ult, away from everyone else.
They easily couldve ignored the enemy and run to the others and then use the ult.
