Ranked inflation is CRAZY after rank rework and its on purpose folks! Valid strategy from game devs for years! See rank ladder in other huge popular games like Wild Rift or Mlbb. So every AVERAGE player, (wich statisticly are the MOST user of a game) can feel "good" about themselves.
This is not related to this subject, but I want to say something about this, the last 4 seasons a brawler for a single trio has been more common, my theory is Cordelius or Otis and Hank is next because both R-T and Willow had gotten a brawler for their trios, it feels like that could be next, but it could just be a coincidence.

when you had the diamond player in legendery i was a trick to get the mythic and the diamond player more points than they should and if they lose only the one in legendery will lose elo
