What is Zapier.com? Zapier is a program that helps connect two systems together, in this case it'll connect Facebook Lead Gen Instant Forms together with a Gmail account so as forms are submitted, they are emailed out in real time.

I wonder if in case you don't have full access to the Facebook page, is there any other way to extract leads data from Facebook ads account? Because Im able to get notification if new lead came in, but in order to see the data I have to go to the Facebook ads and click on the lead CSV/XLS and able to download, so we just have to create a trigger which will do that, technically i don't see a problem. Yes you should be able do that through zapier.
Thanks for the video. Is there a way to have it send a text with the lead info. I'm helping local company that's on the road majority of the day so being able to receive a text would be better than email for this client.
Hi Grant, thanks for your comment. I believe yo could accomplish this the same way but instead of using Gmail you would use one of the texting integrations. Zapier integrates with SimpleTexting, Text Magic SMS, EZ Texting and Texedly. So following the same guidelines, you'd set up the Zap to fire when a lead is received and to then text that lead through one of those systems.
I haven't done this myself, but that is where I would start.
The downside is that you'll have to use one of those texting platforms, which may not be as commonly used as Gmail.
Hi there. I like how I would receive an auto email from my facebook lead. My question is, how do I set up a auto email to go to the lead.
I would like the lead info to go to my email, but I would also like to send them a reply back, how do I do that?

Hi Marc,
To do this you will need a CRM like hubspot (there are many out there). You’ll set up a zap integration to add these users to your CRM and assign those users to an email campaign.
You may even be able to do this using something like mailchimp. Add users to an audience list and then send those users emails.
I think the hubspot route would be the best though, to nurture individuals who respond to your lead gen campaign.

You can send to any email.
Will the software send the email replays to the lead automatically once they come in, or will they have to be sent manually ?
You should be able to set up a trigger that auto sends an email through zapier. Or you can send manually.

Do i have to create a new zap for every ad i have in my campain?
So for expample if I have a campaign with 8 ads (all lead form) do i have to create a zap for all 8 ads ?
No, the zap is assigned to the lead gen form. So if you are using the same form for all the ads then 1 zap. If you have two forms then two zaps.
You can send SMS too with zapier or I need to use Active Campaign?
According to zapier you can send SMS by Active Campaign and multiple other SMS providers. So you should be good.

Of course, you would do this through your CRM. When a new user is added, put them in a drip sequence and you’re set.
hi, this was very helpful, one thing I wanna ask is, do you connect your own fb business manager or your client's own fb business manager to zapier?
It depends on how you access the account.
We use our business manager. When we work with a client they just share the page etc with us so we can operate from our BM. That’s what we connect to Zapier.
How can you take it a step further and include that lead in pdf form within the automated e-mail?

The email does send all the lead information, it's in the email though not attached as a pdf...
You could also have the lead information pushed into a google sheet as well.

could I have multiple of my smma clients under my zapier so they can all separately receive email lead notifications?
Yes you can, each client will have its own zap so each client will receive its own notification. You can link multiple emails to zapier too if you want the notification to come from different emails for different clients.

Is there a way to make the layout look nicer? Like to ad images and so on?
To do this you would need to format the emails with HTML. The standard email builder is pretty basic with just text / form information.
