Yeah but when you leave the other employees get burned out bc most employers work on skeleton crews & the work load is already high but when someone takes time off they are getting burnouts left & right. Hire enough employees to do the workload & have time for time off for the employees that way.
Don't agree on the talking about salaries amongst co-workers. Creates contempt if people are getting more than others.Credentials is one thing -there's a difference in the work place when someone who gives 110% and someone who just keeps their heads above water in their job. Someone with a bad attitude who is not really a team player also makes a difference. So why should people in those situations get paid the same.
Really?? I'm retired now but, after working for 40 years, I remember when I called in one day and simply needed a "mental health" day, I was asked if I was "sick?" When I started, "no" my employer said, "well, if you're not sick, then it's not excused." 😧😮😖😈 Employees have it made now!!
I guess this is if you work a corporate job!! But if I still work at Macdonald’s before the pandemic and after this dosent apply to me! Or this dosent apply to someone who didn’t go to a college 4 year degrees

We are all human, including managers get stressed as well.
"Here’s How The Rules Of The Workplace Has Changed (during ongoing) Pandemic" so let's "Convince It Forward"
Correct grammar: "...The Rules of the Workplace Have Changed..."
🤣
