I have been watching this channel for quite some time now. and allow myself a little criticism. the first thing that jumps out is that the author does not develop as a creator. there are no experiments and a desire to introduce a new sound. and as a result - 99% of all tracks sound the same. if you draw an analogy of the author's music with the game, then the absolute majority of the music is suitable except for the dialogue in cut scenes. Where music for battles with monsters, or creepy ambients in the style of the first or third part? when the main characters walked around the foggy city
Thanks for your críticism, but idk know what you expect, i'm not a musician, and not a producer, I Just try to make something I like, Then you choose if you like it or not.
Do you know that you actually know SH1T about Freedies creative process? Many times I talk to him when he's composing these pieces, I see him experimenting and trying New things. I don't know what channel you're following but he's evolving. He is experimenting with cosmic horror, tried to create music from other franchises such as Parasite eve, resident evil, final fantasy, even Attack on the titan etc he does experiment. Also he's not receiving financial support of any kind to get tools to produce at the level you're pretending him to. I provided this guy and I'll continue to do so, with sounds, loops. Samples etc. I feel personally angry at your lame criticism because you know nothing about what's behind scenes. Many times he told me about the frustration he feels because his channel isn't growing like he wants or thar he feels ppl just want him to come out with silent hill things. He expressed to me multiple times that he'd like to focus on cosmic horror but he feels nobody will listen. When he uploads music inspired in other things like cosmic horror or parasite eve, those tracks doesn't get played as much, is only the silent hill ones that gets the most views, so in consequence he produces the content ppl wants the most which is SH related. Not long ago someone told him "I don't think cosmic horror is your thing" the audacity for trying to limit my friend to just produce SH music instead of other things, trying to dim his light. Its silent hill themed so what do you expect? He produces music that could fit the genre. He does experiment but he doesn't get views on those things, and producing takes time so why he would fully venture on creating things if they then tell him to create SH content only? Smh If you want better things from him then pay him. Smh. Do you do anything creative tho? Do you know the frustration an artist go through at creating anything at all?

We would all love the channel to grow more and more and get more and more recognition, especially official recognition (although I think drackfreeee has indeed composed for films too) from the franchise creators (who have however changed and mostly moved on themselves over the years). But this has to come at the composer's own pace. I don't see how OP can criticise someone who provides something incredibly specific - Silent Hill music that could be part of a Silent Hill game or film that hasn't been made yet - and say they need to change. There are very few people who can do what drackfreeee does. Is it a shame if their work in other genres isn't as appreciated? Yes and I hope that changes. But their Silent Hill work is so good that it's more than enough on its own IMO.
I don't get what you're expecting here, basically nobody else is making SH inspired tracks like these nowadays. Instead of complaining you can just make this stuff yourself. I'm grateful for any fresh SH-type content from Drack
