How does saving people on supersonic speeds work actually? Since Darkseid did not notice Superman doing it - he could only spare fractions of a second for each trip. So he needed to go to a nearby person, accelerate with them till he reaches the safe area, decelerate so he could drop down the person, and then go back to Darkseid for the next punch. Superman can handle such enormous g-forces since he's powered. Normal people aren't. Unless Superman has a power to completely elimitate inertia - they would be splattered by such intense g-forces.

I think i read somewhere that his body stores/processes sun energy,so he doesnt need to be exposed to sunlight,he can just asimilate it and story it.It would make no sense to shave his body or go around naked
