I can't wait for my parents to see the guest room when they stay with us for the holidays. The design feels so ME! Minimal, casual, and a bit mid century to honor the architecture of our home. Hello Arvin, you did not deliver 9 out of 10 deliverables we agreed upon and are now ignoring my emails after I sent you the items you asked for a $3590 value (which you contributed $850 towards)
Deliverables were due within 60 days of July 30th; on September 15th, you said "few more weeks," and since then, silence.
Your audience should know about that. This is not ethical.
Switching out those night stands made all the difference. It opened up the design and made it airy.
Arvin would definitely be a person I would pay to advertise my product. He takes it seriously, and makes me want what he has. Arvin you are valuable!

I love the "less is more" style. Beautiful and simple. The mirror is a great touch.
You did an amazing job with such a very small room! I would put some books on those lower sheves of the side tables. Maybe some really nice design books or travel books or nature photography books. You know what would be really cute too - just for when your parents visit, put a framed photo of you with your parents in there somewhere, like on the faux dresser.
Loved that you explained how to tell if things on Mood Board work or don’t work. Would love a series on using Mood Boards and understanding when items work together or don’t

I have two guest 10x10's I am currently working on and really enjoyed viewing your entire process here. What a huge difference the rounded nightstands made--just perfect! Thankfully you've spared me from the same mistake I was just about to make...yay! Your artwork, fuzzy slippers and cozy linens would make any guest feel special and loved.
I love the lamps and shades. Are you going to do a window treatment? That's a lot of light coming in. Maybe some kind of roman blind situation with the same texture as the lamp shades? Also are you going to put up more artwork? Or a tv? I would add color with the throw blanket and decorative pillows but I know you don't dig that.

I love my L’Or coffee machine! It can do l’or brand coffee/espresso and is also compatible with nespresso original pods. And the machine is cheaper than nespresso machines.
Hi Arvin! I liked option two before I saw the reveal. Great job! I recently got a cloth headboard for my guest room as well. I treated it with Scotchguard right away. It really helps to keep the fabric clean

beautiful work. i’m in a 10x10 bedroom right now and you have to be in it to understand the small space, it was a feat to get a bed that large in the room and not have it look too large. adore the wicker shades. love the way your framed artwork echoes the window frame and the mirror adds some depth. the round nightstands are perfect. they’ll love it and be very comfortable!

For me, the hero 'WOW' piece is the mirror. I would change out the wall art for a colourful print or a desert scape.

Arvin, I loved #2 with the round side tables. What a difference that made. Loved how all the pieces work so well together. I have a question…the room looks great without window coverings but if you were to add them, what would you suggest? Would you hang some soft neutral color that matches the headboard or the bedding? Just wondering about your thoughts on that.
I definitely prefer Board #2 for its warmth and varied color scheme. I have a similar sized guest room and same dilemma and really appreciate the suggestion of the round, open night tables! Have a wonderful holiday with your parents. 😃❤️
