Since the beginning of the war, President Zelenskyy has had to be on camera explaining why the rest of the world needs to invest in Ukraine, but what I cannot fathom is why any explanation is even necessary. It's as if us Americans and many others have amnesia about anything that happened before 1989 or beyond our own borders. Ukraine has not asked for troops or for any other country to fight with them or for them. The money that allies are 'giving' are being spent back to the countries for military hardware and of course future 'thank yous' are be pledged. We should not be asking WHY we need to support Ukraine but HOW Ukraine would like us to support their country. Slava Ukraini, not just for Ukraine, but for everyone.

Thank you President Zeenskyy, so well spoken and laid out. Peace to the World.

Thank you, CBS and Charlie D'Agata, for this interview. Unfortunately, Ukraine is no longer in the headlines. Over the past week were the heaviest bombardments since the start of the full-scale invasion with many civilian lives lost. Very sad that only Moscow was covered. Thank you, for bringing Ukraine to our attention again.

It's unfortunate that the U.S. can't think and chew gum anymore... 😣

Marshall Zhukov of the Soviet Army was probably right when he said “We have liberated Europe from fascism but they will never forgive us for it”.

Now this is what you call a GREAT LEADER !!

Americans took away Ukrainian nuclear weapon in exchange for guarantees of territorial integrity by signing on Memorandum on Security Assurances.

By helping Ukraine, USA Republicans can prove they respect all Democratic Republics & they make good allies. Zelenskyy speaks his mind with great clarity.

Thanks for having this interview ,it is important for us to know what is going on.

  • @Amanda-sx6wk

I am ashamed of the US for not fulfilling our promise, especially after we took so much of their nuclear and naval/air power away and promised to protect them years ago!

    Support Ukraine.

I'm an Ukrainian. I was critical to all the leaders I've seen in Ukraine before 2022. Including Mr. Zelensky. But since 2022 and also today I'm proud of my President for being honest and telling the truth. No one was ever able to stop the evil with negotiations. Russians and their allies will blow the world they are not able to compete with. Trying to negotiate you`ll just pass the war to your children. Stand with Ukraine.

The number of MAGA / pro-Putin citizens in America is depressing.

The summer offensive started to late. And the reason for that was that the tanks came to late to Ukraine. They should also have plains then. When the offensive started,Russia had laid mines and maide strong defensive lines. The Ukraine conflict is the most importen since ww2

Thank you for talking to our President, Charlie. I wish Western leadership would not just listen but also actually hear what he's saying, particularly about the supposed peace talks from pootin.

  • @user-bb5il4fp4v

If you are American and support Ukraine, you MUST write to your politicians if they are not supporting. We should also thank the ones that are.

  • @antondatsenko2807

Read all your comments. Thank you from Ukraine for the whole world
