I'm definitely an early riser, too. I woke up at 3:30 AM for the day today, it was really nice. I love watching it get light out and spending outdoor time, eating breakfast as light fills my house, so awesome. I'm an extrovert (extremely outgoing, always striking up conversations, I'm the friend who's always either talking or laughing, in fact you'll probably want to put tape over my mouth, haha) but I definitely love the creative "me" time to just be Victoria Kramkowski the wannabe artist and wannabe author. I make silly things like Mr. Rogers is the mentor of Sailor Moon type magical girls but it's more a Powerpuff Girls thing. I also did something where Sonic and Mario team up against evil radioactive cans of Pepsi. I'm so glad I live in a rural location where so much outdoor stuff to do. What you say about being overwhelmed sounds like what my boyfriend has been going through ever since his mom died three years ago. I kind of have to make sure he's okay every evening since he told me he gets anxiety between 8 PM and 11 PM, so if we're not together that evening, I call him or text him right before bed and ask if he's okay.
