same thing happened to me with the hang tab. it was the whole reason i wanted the shoes. I was so upset cuz my size sold out, so i ordered a different size, took the hangtab and returned them no problem
Yup. You can blame both customers trying them on and stealing them. Ppl returning orders that have stolen them. And the employees themselves as well. All to blame!
