The priority for safety of personnel in this plant is very poor. It shows low HSE standards in this plant.. I call on the state government to improve the safety standards of this facility

Nigeria must package all product they produce. These coconut oil should not be sold to the western countries. All the product that use coconut oil in the production line must be produce in Nigeria.
I congratulate our state, but I believe they can do better when it comes to HSE. WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE WORKERS OPERATE MACHINES WITHOUT HAND GLOVES. MANAGEMENT YOU CAN DO BETTER. I GIVE YOU A THUMB DOWN FOR FOR THAT SINGULAR REASON, but as for the facility it is a plus plus THUMB UP.
Be positive. The company will not be grounded, it can be sold to private investors. However, bending down to pick coconuts by workers everytime is mot a good practice. Their waists in few years may be affected.

It look like this project is a white elephant. Considering the cost of the plant, labor cost and volume of production the mathematics is not viable. There’s no substantial coconut seen around the plant unlike those coconut oil mills in India, Philippines and Vietnam where the pile of coconut ready for processing can reach the floor of the 2nd story building. The evidence of high productivity is not seen on this video except the number of rooms that look like a corporate office than a production plant.
Good factory and very inspiring. But the presenter (the lady), has to change her attitude. Her facial expressions didn’t show that she enjoyed her job or seemed uncomfortable with Engr. Uwah right from the beginning.Her attitude was basically annoying to me throughout the video. This video is a form of advert & she’s meant to present this to Nigerians & the world through her contributions, questions, gestures and interactions.

It would've been good if company was private-owned one. I'm not against state-owned companies, in fact, they are the best for the state and the ordinary African, but only if they properly managed.

They are using gloves. I think they only are wearing one hand so they can have a better hold on the coconuts
