These people are totally biased people. Sanju scored a brilliant century in his last ODI but he was not given chance in one day format. This is injustice if you people are not biased, make a video about Sanju’s ODI performance. Where is Karin Nair after scoring triple hundred that even Tendulkar was not able to do. But then why he is vanished totally from the scenario. These are all biased and favouritism based people.

Sanju need to understand there is Pant who established himself in tests and ODIs and his Wicket Keeping Skills are yard above than the rest of keeping options like Rahul, Kishan, sanju, jitesh and Jurel.
Also its very well know Pant is X factor player who scored test match 100s against top notch bowling attack outside India and its well known that he scores quick.
Such player with such quality ll get extended chance. Im surprised to see Kishan & Rahul is not got selected a head of Sanju.
Sanju is in with stiff competition with 5 WK batsman Pant Rahul Kishan Jitesh Jurel and what he does in golden opertunity he got in 2nd T20 is a Golden Duck.
In reality Sanju is Not even Back Up he is back up to a back up, given his average keeping skill he has to play supernatural innings consistantly to get selected a head of others.

Washington scored the most runs after gill on that slow pitch in the first t20i against zimbabwe. He can bat. He tried to help India get over the line and tried to build a partnership but wickets kept falling and he couldn't build a solid partbership. He's more experienced than Parag.

We all know Sanju better white ball player than pant. Given pant is younger and left handed team combination points of view he gets go ahead. Nobody can be successful with 1 or 2 chances here n there . At the same time such is the competition in the team we can't blame slectors or coach or captain

Ishan Kishan is far better than pant but he will not be backed up again by anyone as Rishab Panth is the favourite or Delhi based lobby supported by Mumbai based lobby. Please don’t reply saying that there is no such lobbies.
Ishan is close or best friends with gill and he is close to hardik as well. He was punished enough by BCCI. Surprused Gill couldn't get him for the Zimbabwe series but hopefully he gets a chance sooner and doesn't have to wait until next IPL to prove himself

Idiots, in last 4 matches that Sanju played across formats for India, Sanju has 1 series winning ODI century in SA, one match winning half century in Zimbabwe when team was in trouble, one Not out innings of 12(7) and then this failure of 0 when opening (once again changed position) chasing in a rain curtailed match to a beauty of an in cutter from Theekshana. I think Samson himself should quit cricket for India as he is never going to be lucky like a Pant, who keeps getting lucky every innings he plays with dropped catches, near out decisions etc., despite his so -called leg side slogging loose batting technique. The anchors are saying Pant can walk into any format anyway, this is the problem of nepotism and favoritism in Indian cricket. He has been given not a long rope, but a lifetime of opportunities in T20I format, and after almost 80 games, he sill averages just 3 runs more than a Samson (who has played 1/4th of his matches) and has a SR much lesser than Samson. T2 anchors conveniently also mention that Samson didn't do enough to cement his place in ODI's too in Pant's absence period. Well, yeah, he should have done better than averaging 57 at 100 Sr which is the best average Average/SR combo for any Indian after first 16 matches in ODI's in Indian history. Again, he achieved this after being given inconsistent runs and at different positions, not to forget his 2 brilliant knocks (one in Lucknow minefield) and one in SA, both against SA on tough pitches. Pant on the other hand has got double Sanju's matches in ODI and averages a meagre 34 in the format.
You guys are so wrong... "cementing" will not work in the minds of public or even you guys without long rope ..because cementing itself is integrated with continuous back to back scores....if he scores one match in a series even if it is a fifty coming at no 5 it will not be counted in your subconscious mind for the simple reason that it is not standing out vs scores made by players who played all games ...if he fail in that one game it will be projected as a big failure....

Anyone with a functioning eyesight and brain knows that Rishabh has a higher ceiling than Sanju. Starting 2015, various coaches and captains have preferred other players over Sanju. There is a reason for that. Not everyone in Indian cricket has some sort of vengeance against him.
He should have given chance in ODI rather than in T20. His batting style is more suited for ODI.

Yaar but he got a golden oppirtunity to score runs and prove himself as opener only cuz Gill was injured. Still he couldn't capatalize on that. Like even if he got 18 out if 10 that would be good enough. But with a duck, people have thoughts whether he is reliable enough as a backup batsman even if he's not the wicket keeper. Ishan Kishan is very close friends with both gill and hardik, but his ban or suspension is still going on and samson was chosen over him!
