Can Option Greeks be used to filter and find good options to trade (like a technical screener or so)? Anyone knows any tools or guide lines (cheat sheet) on how to screen Options Greeks for finding potential options to trade before entering a trade either long or short? Kind of what values to look for in each or all of them to enter or exit a trade?
You don't.. you just go on market conditions and history.. nobody really knows, just educated guesses. He just gave us a way to make the greeks work for us in the best way possible
Very very very very well done. Ty so much man. 🤯 And lmao "this is when you guys clap." I think everyone there was in the wrong class bc they should have given a standing ovation... you explained it better than anybody could have in the time allotted and gave great practical advice. 👌 👏 👍
I agree . But I also think people should learn on their own then come back to videos like this . He is speaking to traders for sure . But there’s no other way to express this type of knowledge than speaking this way.
just one more question Brian , in your experience , do you view implied volatility skew as a good/ consistent predictor of subsequent pullbacks / corrections in the underlying stock , or index ? your input is highly appreciated
good intro , but very short of expectations actually , I thought you will be providing a portfolio approach to this problem just like HFs do , you are not going to build wealth by making a car but in making a car factory
Dang I loved this Lecture. Thank you so much.
I would need to watch more videos on Greeks. I really want to get a deep understanding of options and trading in general
Thank you very much sir
The best video to understand the most important Greeks - Delta, Gamma, Theta and Vega in the most practical way.
🙂👍🏻
The best explanation ever , thank you
love these types of content
Wonderful lecture!
Good to see the author of the original TradeKing Clan.
Too bad they camera isn't on the projection .......... Nice lecture

How do you know the expected move?

Very interesting presentation. Camera needs to focus more on the presentation.
AMZN trade example wasn’t clearly explained.
Cameraman had an emergency bathroom run at 9:30
Gamma is sort of like the delta of delta
i pray you fired the camera man lol
Right 😂
Seems more of a professional trader talking to traders, not teaching to students.
That’s a good thing, I hate when videos like this waste so much time explaining what a put is, what a call is etc.

I have a question: If you buy and sell two Apple options with different expiration and strike prices, does this count as 2 days worth of day trades?
Yes. Those are two separate contracts
I think both examples are swing trade because earnings drop after close.
@@waneshawright-smith7162 I believe he's talking about Daytrades. As in actual daytrades that count against your account.

I hope the market crashes when the camera man is selling PUTS.
Broooooo lol
🤣😂🤣
What happened with the explanation of Vega ? I think he skipped it
tyty
from 9 mins 03 seconds to 11 mins 25 seconds you don't even show the visuals ...all we get to see is him. Im completely lost now.
Why camera focus was not on screen

This is why price jumps to senseless levels so that guys trading butterflies can't earn.
Cameraman bad
Did the video kid quit? 😂😂
Horrible
