For the record, as one of your audience members, I'm a late 20s married mom who likes to think for herself about how to raise her family and form her values and live her life. I don't have any role models showing up for me even though I've been intentional with multiple women in my church to show me how they do it. I've always been a "too much" person for people too. I watch you BECAUSE of how much you are, even if I don't always agree with you (which doesnt happen often). It's so much more fun and interesting to engage with. BUT I also appreciate how you protect your kids online and don't do nonstop influencer videos about your "mental health," or whatever just for the parasocial clicks.
Your doing this for ‘normal people’ like me. I am 31, divorced, Christian , from the UK. I watch because I see Jesus in you, I love your cheeky naughty humour, your relationship with CR is cute, love all the cute animals, being real (as real as you can for the internet). I have 4 kids (twin boys) and you make me want to be a better mom. I agree about what you said. There’s always gonna be people who don’t like you. I’m a nurse and see a lot of people with personality disorders and I try not to judge but I’m sure the people who are giving you bad comments or saying mean things might possibly have some “issues” they need to resolve so don’t let them get to you but I know you know they already! The timing of this video was perfect for me, I left a gathering yesterday feeling crappy about myself and really needed this reminder. I'm slowly (very slowly...) learning to accept that I can't please everyone, and to just be ok with the fact that not everyone is going to like me.

I totally get it. in this space here on youtube it can be so hard to be authentically you. it's so easy to fear what others may think or say. and I totally get it with the kid content and whether or not to show them much. I LOVE watching other families interact, and yet I so understand it as well, because it's been something I've really struggled with on my own channel- whether to show my children or not. as they get older, they often just don't want to be on as much, so some of that just happens naturally. but I know I finally just made the decision to go private on my IG account because I was so sick of waking up in the morning to weirdo's that had randomly started following me. Anyways. I too was an 80's child- pretty sure we are the same age- and I get overwhelmed by it all too and have to take random moments of silence. haha!! keep on keeping on- you are a real encouragement!! I LOVE your content and I love the laughs you provide as well!

My now deceased cat caused many a fight with my late boyfriend and I because I would give him heck for leaving the fridge door ajar and it was our cat the whole time! That same cat loved all kinds of weird food too like peanut butter, potato chips and popsicles :) oh no shower flood and septic issues sound horrible! I grew up waaay before the internet!

You speak my language and feel all the same pains! Its so hard to deal with mean jerks. Don't even care about them. Be you and shine brighter than people can handle. That's why God made you!!!
Angie, I really love both of your channels. I have one kiddo, we didn’t homeschool and while we have a tiny farm of 2 horses, 2 cows, 2 dogs and a cat, I really don’t have a lot to do with those animals. They aren’t my thing but are my hubs and daughters. Despite that I’m super different, I really like your channels! You’ve inspired me to garden a bit more, I love your recommendations, your wit, etc. Keep doing what you are doing! I found your channel when I started working from home in the pandemic and needed some background noise and I have come to really look forward to your videos. God bless!

I love the "Angie", all the "Angie". Your honesty is so welcoming. Poop happens. Been there with sewer issues, not fun. Some channels make me feel so inadequate after watching. Perfectly clean homes, homemade meals, exquisite gardens, and model looks. I love your reality. People live in the homes, messes happen, sometimes homemade isn't possible, weeds grow, and some days you just don't feel like dressing up for the red carpet. I was brought up on a farm and so enjoy seeing the animals, love watching your children grow and learn, and love hearing your stories. You are hilarious. We just bought a house this year and after two weeks of living in it, we had the exact problem as you. It came out onto our carpeted downstairs area. Yeah, it was as lovely as it sounds. We had tree roots in our line as well. It is all fixed now and we have awesome new carpet and such. But it was terrible! I hope everything gets resolved quickly for you!
