The Ball 2023: One Ball, One World from London to the FIFA Women's World Cup

One Ball, One World! 21 countries, more than 13,000 signatures and thousands of messages and pledges for Gender Equality and Climate Action!
Every 4 years Spirit of Football take The Ball, football's equivalent to the Olympic Torch, from London to the Football World Cup, spreading a message of Unity and Diversity. In the spirit of Gender Equality, The Ball travelled in 2023 for the first time to the Women's World Cup, which was held in 2023 in New Zealand and Australia. From Battersea Park in London - where the first official game of FA Rules football was played on 9th January 1864, to the final of the Women's World Cup in Sydney, fighting for Gender Equality and Climate Action along the way.
