Nice tutorial. It took me ages to get double unders. What I realised was that I was focusing too much on trying to jump high, and not enough on concentrating on the speed I made my wrists rotate. As soon as I started doing them with a thought of 'rotate the wrists as quickly as you can', I cracked them. That said I can still only do 5 back to back.
Thanks! You're absolutely right. Rope control is one key to execute the DU. Keep on working with your technique and eventually you'll be cracking 10, 20 or 50 DUs in no time! 👍🏻
Hello there! I've actually been jumping for almost 3 years now. When I started it was simply for weight loss and cardio only, doing the basic footwork and simple tricks like crossovers and side swings. However, since the pandemic, that's when I began to learn and work on other tricks, from beginner to advance. I actually started watching video tutorials by Rush Athletics, Mira and many other jumprope icons in YT. Until I joined the jumprope community in Instagram where you can find and learn from A LOT of great skippers. My favorite/commonly used rope is the 5mm PVC rope, though I would shift to my beaded rope from time to time for freestyle/release tricks. You can find more of my jumprope videos on IG (@ron.talon). 😁
Thank you Golden Boy!

How many double unders can you do in a minute?
I haven't timed my DUs yet, though I would regularly work on my PR. So far, the most I've done is 254 unbroken double unders with PVC rope.
@@rontalon wow 😨
I have 3 genuine questions for you
1.Since how long you ve been jumping rope
2. Who taught you
3. Which jump rope do you use
