I am in the process of building HMS Sovereign of the Seas, based on the DeAgostini framework and am at the same point as yourself, except that the upper decks are not installed because I will be installing the grounding tackle before moving upward. Internal lighting will help you see the anchor handling equipment, capstans, ladders, and other internal details this deep in the hull via the gun ports, but admittedly you won't be able to see much without a magnification scope of some kind.
